There should have been a spa and some rooms bigger in size/suits. Also poolside service should be there.

I stayed in room 201 the first day and repented on my decision due to noise pollution by the DG , Could not enjoy relaxing in the balcony and couldn't have a sound sleep.

Far from beach and town. No tour operators agreed to pick us from the hotel. However Manager gave one Mr Mahesh taxi tour operator who arranged our tours well at reasonable rates.

Location few km away from anjuna beach, inside the small road. Not inside city or main road. First day breakfast was OK. But the staff very cooperative take advice, change menu, however for south indian food lovers just OK. Room AC was unclean, but the manager and staff listened to our request and got it cleaned.

All good. Lack of public transport to the beach or local market as the hotel. One would have to take self-drives taxis or perhaps two wheelers. The following is a suggestion rather than criticism. The hotel has a gym, but it would be nice if they had board games e.g ‘carrom’ or table tennis or pool-table, darts..specially to attract guests interested 8n staying for more than a day. There is a lot of sunshine… use of solar energy was not evident at the property. Need to offer drinking water with refill.

This hotel is about 2kms from Arjuna beach. The pool is good size with a maximum depth of 1.20 metres. It is clean and warmed by the sun’s rays. We did not feel crowded. There is a sewerage kids pool as well. The heck in process was smooth and we felt welcomed by Mr.Vishal & Ms.Januka. Vishal was thoughtful and helpful as I needed to order some painkillers for my sore-shoulder. The clean room was facing the pool and the balcony was very relaxing. The housekeeping is discreet and they appear to have Keval who is interested in towel art as One-Day we found a towel doggy on the bed and a towel floor fan in the bathroom. Keval had also left a most welcoming note. There is a restaurant Kava which has an interesting menu. We must mention waitress Sanjana & Waitor Sabaji who communicated well & were very receptive to suggestions. Room service re beverages was well managed by another Vishal. The Chef Sainath was responsive to occasional request for a dish that was not on the menu. The breakfast buffet offers a good Indian & continental spread including interesting goan dishes. As we stayed for 3nights the changes in breakfast made it ver attractive. The hotel also has ramps & lifts which means it is accessible to those with limited mobility. There is a fleet of taxis at the entrance which you can hire for airports &/or sightseeing. The charges quoted for drop to Dabolim airport was Rs.1800/-.

Certain staff member cannot speak English at all, which made it difficult to me to communicate every time i was parking my two wheeler. Breakfast is not up to Marriott standards.

The room was always clean and tidy and the pool was great. Staff always tried to be helpful.

Taxi services is still lacking. outside taxi vendors parking their car in the hotel property and forcing customer to take their taxi is monopoly of taxi guys. They won't let anyone take taxi of outside hotel.

Environment, service and food. Even used some of the services after check-out that was great experience.
