Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe cleanliness of beds and bed sheets can be improved. A few more items in the B'fast menu can enhance the experience.
The response of the staff was really good. Both the reception and the KAVA Dining area staff was courteous. Ms Shiolin, looked after us well during the B'fast. Raising the issues with the allotted room were promptly addressed and room changed.

India• I was disappointed with the first pay at the time of check-in. Whereas no where I came to have this experience in other hotels. This might be company policy but management should amend this policy to pay at the time of check-out. • Every room should have Wall Clock and Calendar. • The Marriott management should give provision to hang wet cloths for drying. • Management should offer room cleaning services everyday at specific fix time, let’s say around 12:00 noon. But here I had to call and ask for room cleaning services.
• My early check-in request was accepted. • Hospitality was 10/10. Breakfast and its quality was too good.

The hotel serves very good breakfast. The options are plenty. The live Dosa/Omelet counter was a big hit. They also have a very good paratha and Pan Cake/Waffle counter serving delicious dishes

IndiaBed was screeching & we had to endure lot of noises from upper floor.
Breakfast was fabulous, Chef Sri & Kava staff especially Sangita & Snehasis were outstanding. Room size was a little smaller than expectation. Didn't find any complimentaries in mini refrigerator kept in room. We usually get a good stock of complimentaries in other hotels with similar room tarrif.

United KingdomThe only thing that let the hotel down was the room cleaning. We were constantly asking for towels, asked for sheets to be changed as we were there for 10 nights. Bathroom very often didn’t look as if it had been cleaned. They could also do with more sun beds around pool.
The staff in the hotel were amazing lovely friendly people. They couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel wasn’t huge where you got lost it was very friendly hotel. The good was amazing
