The road to reach the properly from the main road is very narrow and off road. Only 1 car can go inside the property at a time. You should call the property official while entering so that other cars from opposite don’t come in at the same time.

The approach road is a bit broken with no asphalt and might be a bit too much for small vehicles and oversized vehicles. the buffet spread is good, but the dinner timings can be improved (dinner time is 8.45PM which can be a bit too late for elderly and small kids)

The property is situated in a valley surrounded by mountains. It has a water source inside the campus which is a good place to sit and relax. There are facilities for playing cricket, TT, basket ball, etc. There is also a pool and some outdoor activities. So, a good place to enjoy some activities in midst of nature.

1. Swimming pool was not clean. It's 5ft depth and shorter ppl can get in. 2. No proper information on timing for tea/snacks. 3. Food was not up to the mark. 4. No good amenities to play and enjoy. Only cricket and badminton was there with broken rackets. 5. No proper smoking area, ppl were smoking and drinking beside the pool. 6. Rooms were not equipped with towel and cloth hangers. 7. Approach is not proper and very difficult to reach resort if the vehicle is big.

Location of the Resort. It is situated in proper hill and forest. You can actually see the water flowing in between resorts rooms. Igloo rooms looks nice from outside. Small water sprinkler in swimming was main attraction.

The rooms were not clean.they were Infested with ants. The rooms were smelling intensely due to the usage of bathroom fragrance everywhere inside the unit. The photos of igloo cottage is what draws attraction, but the remaining villa cottages are poor.

The hotel is nicely located in the middle of the jungle on the hilltop.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Falling Water Resort and I must say it was a truly unforgettable experience. The accommodation at Falling Water Resort was top-notch, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The staffs - Darshan and Chethan were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to cater to any needs or requests. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The resort offers a wide variety of delicious dishes. The meals were always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The resort also has a range of activities to keep guests entertained, there was never a dull moment.

Excellent service, cooperative staff, large rooms, decent toilets, good food. Located 2 mins away from the highway. Try to avoid garden cottages as the location is quite dark after sundown. Opt for triangular cottage or glass rooms. Book directly for best deals. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

The swimming pool is tiny and the water was very dirty. Looked as if no proper maintenance was in place for the swimming pool. The food quality and taste both were not that great. It was not the worth of money paid.

Room was good, spacious and maintained okay. They had provided towels, toothpaste, soaps, liquid soaps. Hot water was there throughout the day. There were sprinklers on the top of the roof to keep the temperature low - this was a good one.

Approach road could definitely be improved as it is very narrow and not a proper road. The upkeep of the property could be better. The bathroom taps were not functioning properly , however the management was very responsive and helpful. The swimming pool needs proper maintenance and considering the location it would be helpful to have a temperature controlled pool , free of algae .

The room size was excessively small. I lodged in the bridge cottage situated right at the resort's entrance. They divided the cottage into two rooms unnecessarily, causing both to be cramped. Additionally, there was no provision for a tea/coffee kit in the room. The food offered was quite basic, and the resort's facilities were minimal. With proper staff training and maintenance of basic room amenities, the resort could have significantly improved.

The staff displayed politeness and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Nestled amidst a jungle, the property boasts abundant greenery. However, the weather during my visit wasn't ideal; staying amidst the lush greens would have been even more enjoyable if it had been a bit cooler.

The resort itself is stunning. The location is one of the best and the facilities are top-notch with unique stays, especially the triangle cottages. The staff were very quick in responding and went out of their way to make my stay an excellent one. The food at the resort was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. I especially appreciated the emphasis on fresh, local ingredients. Overall I would say it’s a paisa vasol deal and I highly recommend you folks to visit this place
