Room was small and they didn't clean the room unless requested.

Location was great. Right next to the Flora fountain and all the tourist attractions.

The room was a bit of a box, no windows or natural light and with no communal area it meant that to escaping the city you are stuck in your room.

We loved the area, great to wander around and found some fantastic chai shops in the vicinity! It is good value for money but lacking in any charm or atmosphere. We were disappointed on arrival but as we investigated the area we grew to appreciate it more.

Very nice and helpful staff. In the main location (Fort district, CST 15minutes walk), but on a quiet back street. Very good quality to price.

Sheets not clean, looked exhausted, tiny room, bathroom was vey strange, not possible for one to wash hands while the other was taking a shower. Not the cleanest of bathrooms also.

Great location, great personnel. Hot water was OK. We were checked-in around 10:00. Arranged a taxi to the to airport although a little overpriced, guided us to a pharmacy.

It would be nice to have breakfast in the hotel. They can arrange it for an extra cost though, but we did not use that service. There was odd smell in the room, but we got used to it.

The location is very convenient in Fort. You can walk to many places. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The staff is really nice and helpful and they do speak English. Wi-Fi works. The room is basic and it was not too noisy. They can arrange transport to the airport.

The staff started off with us rudely asking for our marriage certificate as I am Indian national and my husband band is British. They said I could be an escort and they need to double check it. It could have been done smoothly and politely if they were concerned. After showing the marriage certificate, still got stared upon every time we crossed reception area. Felt very awkward. We will never go back to this hotel again. Staff needs some politeness lessons!

Sink in the toilet was very small, UK style. Only hand soap provided. The hotel is in a side street which at the time I visited (Dec 2023) was a bit hidden due to the metro building sites which are all over the city. But if you walk 2 minutes you are actually in a very lively part of the city, Flora Fountains, close to very nice restaurants and shops.

It's more of a building with rooms and a concierge, rather than a real hotel. But this is what you mostly get in Mumbai for this price in the area of Fort and Colaba. The room was a standard hotel room with TV, no fridge. Air conditioning worked well and there was also a fan. Room view is pretty lame, another building in fron of you. Next to the hotel was a building site, not much noise except for one morning. The area is good, even though the actual location is a bit too hidden. But overall I must say I always felt safe.

The place might be a bit hard to find by car/taxi. The street is very dirty and dark but the inside of the hotel contrasts with it. For me the worse was the dust and an intense smell of paint (?) because they were rennovating.

The bedroom is reasonable and the bed is comfortable.

The staff failed to mention that Indians and non-Indians cannot stay together in the same room. Lucky my non-Indian fiance and I were able to say we were engaged and get on with it, but it seemed like we could be rejected a room otherwise. Please mention this in your policy somewhere!

The property is set in an excellent location and is worth it for just that. The value for money from the place is great as well just for that!

The bathroom fan was noisy and shower water slow to drain, so need to be aware the floor can be slippy, also Aircon a bit noisy, but it was not a big deal.

The staff were so kind and helpful. They helped us with transport, ordered a takeaway, coffee in the morning and taxis. (Get the guys to ring you local taxi if you are going to airport/ station etc) The room is quite small and limited storage, but clean. You'll need to ask if you want housekeeping. The hotel is down a backstreet, not the most aesthetic of locations but plenty of shops and eating options and close to attractions in the city. I don't know what comparative prices are like in Mumbai but it seemed a little expensive for India, but also we stayed during cricket world cup when India played in Mumbai.

The rooms are really compact. There are no cuoboards to keep your things in. The bedsheets were a little old and torn with some stains.

The location which is near to almost all the attractions nearby. 20 min walk to the Taj and the Mumbai gate, 15 min walk to the railway terminal, alot to do in and around the place.

Organization of taxis via Booking.com and/or hotel very weak. Organize under your own responsibility. ;-)

The location is great, if you want dicover FORT and Colaba Area on your on by Feed. Churchgate station 15 Min. to walk. Very good, tiny, smartful and clean place to start your tours. Restaurants for all purpose nearby.
