The room was too small, even though we booked for a couple. The staff did not let us consume the food we ordered in their restaurant area, and due to the limited space in the room, one of us had to sit on the bed to eat food. Given the size of the room, they should have let us have our food in the restaurant area.

Very small rooms, extremely small for two people with luggage ( international travellers) No communal area to sit in apart from the Resturant area which when it was busy was difficult. We had booked five rooms that meant that we couldn’t go to each other’s rooms as too small, no relaxing chairs and no area to meet up in? Shower was small and sink was outside of the toilet area?

Staff was rude at times (they expected me to come settle the food bill immediately upong calling way before I was supposed to check out, assuming that I'd be rotting in my room, just WAITING for them to call) Did not understand my requests: I had asked for a sandwich to be billed for and sent up when I settled the bills, they didn't do this and did not inform me either. Delivered wrong food - asked for a veg pizza, they delivered a Margherita The rooms didn't have proper air conditioning. I would wake up feeling stifled, like the air was thin

Room is very small. Gym is equipped with few equipment that requires urgent repair (e.g. stationary cycle makes lots of noise, gym very small, ac can't be switchednon). Not a great location.

There breakfast needs lots of improvement as variety is less no variety in bakery items no live counter when you are charging 7000 per night you should keep better breakfast

A lot of things. The room is small as many others have already written. There is a washbasin inside the room so if you are not careful you can have water on the floor. The in-room dining that I ordered was way below par not even fit to eat. The service is in slow motion. The shower and WC are at an elevated level. There is only a hand held shower with little or no hot water. The bathroom is eroded and is badly in need of repair work. The lack of staff & their attitude is wanting. The breakfast was at best barely average. An experience to be obliterated from one's memory. Btw it was not just me but a few others who were quite displeased with the hotel. Holiday inn express pull up your Sox or else you are gonna lose your business.

The hotel is situated behind a building so it was more or less noiseless except for the housekeeping staff talking loudly out in the corridor. The beds were comfortable & I got a good night's rest which was important.

Had asked for tea in the morning at 6.30,i was told they were busy with organising breakfast, finally delivered after 40 minutes

Food is terrible. No variety and the said it is complementary. Better let them charge and provide us tasty food. The receptionist doesn't know Hindi or the local language Telugu to explain location to the Auto driver.

The key tags dont work too well and the trudge down to the reception is a chore. The lifts too are quite slow. One has to plan the trip down - and taxi’s don’t wait

The room service dinner I ordered was served from the buffet and the gave the wrong order . They restroom accessories were poor and were peeling off the wall.
