I would not recommend taking car services with hotel. We were quoted one price and then after something completely different which worked out 4x the amount initially quoted! The time for driver as well was not what was initially agreed on and the mileage billed was much higher than what we actually did. Felt like a complete rip off and we were charged for 100km more than what was actually done. I was told I could have paid on check out but after returning from day trip (started at 4am), I was constantly bombarded with calls to the room and messages about payment even after mentioning we were going to rest. I was told they do not accept US cash and if I paid by card it would be an 18% tax. It was a poor experience. We were completely misled with initial pricing, ripped off with the mileage and the car and then hounded for money as if we weren’t in house guests.

WIFI speed wasn't so good, there seems to be technical issue. Also there was only one Universal Plug point, they should change all plug points to universal

Didn’t like staff member at restaurant. After a hard day of travelling, we were ready to order but he hadn’t even brought our menus and was busy chatting on the phone. We had to chase after him to get us menu’s to order. Mutton biriyani didn’t have lean meat only bone gristle and fat. Breakfast was good.

Modern facilities, large room, comfortable bed. Morning staff were helpful when our taxi for our train didn’t show up. They ordered us an Uber as we were getting late.

The spa staff - we were given a complimentary foot reflexology option. When my husband went to get it and asked for the therapist to apply more pressure. He was told that it was a complimentary service and he couldn’t make such demands! If you don’t want to do a good job, please don’t offer a complimentary service!

The Wi-Fi network was very weak and it was not possible to connect to the Internet inside the rooms. Although I warned several times, no action was taken.

The Spa is expensive for what it offers. There was no music, no spa like atmosphere. This is certainly not suited for an otherwise excellent establishment.

The location is in heart of lucknow with most historic places and hazratganj market within 3 km range. Staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast spread was limited but had good taste for most dishes. Overall, a decent place to stay.

Location a bit far from tourist sights, but easy to jump auto-risks & taxis for cheap and quick rides.

Very comfortable and well-maintained with highly attentive staff and good facilities. The Buffet Breakfast was of a very high standard and the room service meals were excellent and the menu extensive.
