Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaRoom had an odour, which could be due to stale air. Overall circulation of air could be an issue. Parking space is on high incline and was slippery during rains. So I slipped very badly and injured my back.

IndiaStaff were really unprofessional whether at the reception or for room service. The bathroom plumbing was very poor. The room smelled like drainage for the duration of the stay. Room service utensils were all dirty and not washed properly. Hospitality etiquette was extremely poor and their welcome drink of ginger water was served in unsealed bottles. Tremendous improvement for training staff and management is required. Moreover, the room amenities were BAD. The phone and Tv did not work and everything was overpriced at the hotel. One advantage is that the hotel location is situated with so many amazing restaurants, so don't waste 500 rupees surcharge for breakfast at this place. I highly recommend swiggy.
The hotel was in a good location which was the only plus.

IndiaThe room was dusty, smelly, water was leaking out of the bath area, the plug points did not work. I had made a booking for a double bed but they gave me a bed with two single beds. Check in took forever. The staff wasn't friendly at all. Buffet breakfast was very bad. I have stayed here earlier and it was good but this time it was very bad, would not want to stay here in the future.

Indiahousekeeping staff was pathetic. my younger daughter was not well and vomited on the bed, housekeeping staff took ₹500 in his personal account to change bed sheet and cover. when I asked why not charging in bill, his excuse was that housekeeping department is different from billing department. surrounding area is average. room was average. hotel is average. should not be part of ITC chain.

IndiaThe staff was good but facilities were not as per standard of 5-star category hotels. Rooms were also smelling very badly toiletries were not provided sufficiently, tea and coffee were provided only one set whereas we were two.

KuwaitThe room was not checked before handing over. The bath was clogged but got rectified. Weird smell in the washroom but no toilet freshener after repeatedly asking. There was electrical shocks coming out of the iron box. They were understaffed and unresponsive even after repeated requests. They would acknowledge over the phone but not actually carry out the task. Out of my 3 nights stay I didn’t have wifi for an entire day. All the minibar was empty I had to ask them to stock up. They didn’t prepare the room at all since it was unused.
