Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The breakfast buffet is very good with so many enticing options to choose from and to enjoy. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with whatever is needed. I was with a group of friends and everyone was very content with their rooms. The hotel is on a very busy street but the rooms are quiet with no noisy street sounds infiltrating into them.

Amazing value for money. Beautiful spacious rooms, all good quality and nice and clean. Staff is lovely, location is great if you need to stay in the Whitefield area. Just wish they had better wifi security, they put enough effort on security in other areas.

IndiaBefore booking the hotel i called and confirmed the dates to book the hotel as i was doing early check in and very early check out. On call they confirm to book only for the day while when i actually landed they said they will charge extra half day for early check in. I even told that i already called and confirmed before booking, still thyr charged me.
