I liked everything. Some constructive observations: the pool tiles need to be remedied, dozens have fallen off. Maybe invest in more sunloungers? And it wouldn’t hurt to stock the bar with some more wine. The local wine is good and should be promoted. Minor quibbles!

The staff were all lovely. Genuinely friendly people who were amused/bemused that the hotel had been invaded by scores of cricket-loving Brits. The breakfast was really delicious, stronger on the local dishes. Plenty of fresh fruit and pasties for those who don’t want spicy food for breakfast. The rooms are good, we found the bed comfortable and the shower was great.

The hotel urgently needs updating, especially the pool, which was damaged and dirty.

Room was large - BUT NEEDS A BIT OF "SPRUCING UP". Slightly DULL ROOMS. The Window had a 'Thick Curtain' only. It also needs a Second Light Curtain otherwise the room becomes TOTALLY DARK if the Thick Curtain is drawn ! The Lighting in the bathroom was insufficient.

Since I was in the hotel for only 1 night, both Dinner and next day Breakfast was pretty good.

staff Manish Kumar . did not handle checkin and checkout peacefully. we stayed from 17th to 20rh fanily of 3. and we took room just for my wife and son 23rd -24th . Manish really did not support my wife as the credit card was wirh me as I went to hyderabad i told him that i have proof oayment from my stay just 3 days ago ie 17th to 20rh. couldn’t Manish Kunar have handled bette by checking our recent stay wirh sane. eespite thst he took 3000 cash advance. whar is his problem .? . and during checkout also arranged payment of 10,037/- from hyderabad . then also he teoubled by askjng tne tnx details . what is this ? he lied to me that he is checking with finance but as soon as i sent him print screen of proof of payment he instantly said fine and checked out Z that means he already had info from finance and lied to he is checking with finance . please train him to behave with heart patients and women .

The service could’ve been better. My room’s intercom stopped working after day 1 due to some technical issue. The solution provided to me was to call on the reception from my mobile and sometimes I didn’t even get an answer.

It was clean, well maintained and the location was nice. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing!

bathrooms too small and only with fix shower, very difficult to scrub your feet as there is facility too hold and support in the shower. Air condition in the room wasn’t upto the mark
