Loved everything about Four Seasons Hotel. No complaints.

Our stay at Four Seasons Hotel was exceptional. The staff were amazing, extremely courteous and went out of their way to accommodate our requests for children on the trip. The food was excellent both in the Buffett, in room dining and restaurants.

Unfortunately the swimming pool doesn’t get the sun for very long being on the ground floor and in between the high rise buildings that surround it.

It was very clean and had helpful and friendly staff. the cocktail bar was a nice place to end our evening with very nice and chatty staff.

I could write a book about the staff in this hotel. Everyone from security to reception ,gym staff,room dining,breakfast and pretty much everyone I met even in the elevator was very polite ,ready to help and do it with genuine smile. Thank you guys for making me feel welcome 🙏🏻. Food was exceptional as well. Room was clean and everything worked. Great place with wonderful people.

I found that in the breakfast Indian dishes we had was bland and idly which was served to us was hard and dosa was little too oily . There is scope for improvement with Indian breakfast items. And inside the room, the bathtub was a little faulty and repaired as soon as I complained . I honestly feel these things should be checked well in advance before checking in a guest . Because personally I am not comfortable with a service person entering my room during my stay.

Everything was exceptional, from the check-in to checkout everything was taken care . The staff are very helpful and cater to your every need even late in the night and I must add copitas bar and asian restaurant was amazing. It was my first time staying with this hotel chain and certainly won't be the last .

no ensuites in executive rooms (just one large bathroom), Only have powder rooms in garden suite. No taxi’s enter the hotel

Great location, good amenities in the hotel and well priced for brand. Executive suite met my standards in terms of size and design. Topfloor Lounge brought me back to dubai (Spectacular setting with good interiors), good vibes from guest relations manager and staff members.

Lovely spacious rooms, very clean. Lovely bathrooms, this is a must for us. The food at the hotel was a class above all the other hotels that charge a similar rate. Staff was extremely helpful.

The sambhar served for breakfast was a little too sweet. Apart from that, when we checked in the staff printed an incorrect booking and said we owed double of what I was confirmed. Even when I told her the name on the booking she gave me was not mine, she refused to check and asked to cross out the name and write my name on it. When I looked at the total cost I was taken aback. She had got the dates wrong the duration of my stay wrong, only after I insisted she check, she realised she had printed off someone else’s booking.

The breakfast spread was good, the chef at the pastry counter was excellent. They knew it was my daughters birthday and surprised her with a yummy pancake. The hotel also surprised us by decorating the room, they spoilt us with cake and flowers. Staff were extremely polite ans customer focused. The pool is well maintained. The room was spacious and tidy. The restaurant staff went out of their way to cater to our needs. Very polite, accommodating and friendly staff. Overall we loved our stay.

our shower leaked a little but someone came to clean it straight away.

absolute luxury, the breakfast was delicious you could order fresh eggs and dosa pancakes as well as all the buffet options. the staff were so friendly and helpful. the pool gym and spa were amazing. best hotel gym I’ve ever experienced! most people here seem to be on business but we were there for holiday so we had the pool to ourselves during the day.
