The breakfast was individually priced...found this to be a little over the top! Most homestays, have a set price for a breakfast, which was usually 300 rupees..this included fruit, tea o coffee, toast, butter/jam/ cereal or eggs! Here the breakfast was priced separately. and two pieces of toast that were sent up, with everything spread on them, were charged at 90 rupees..way too much...in my opinion! No where to walk escept one restaurant close which was fairly pricey! If you went into central it was a cost of 600 rupees a day which together with the meals adds up!

The quiet of the place as had stayed more central and the noise and incessant honking plus a bad hotel experience forced me to find another place!

Stay is literally another home away from home. Surrounded by birds and plants give next level vibes. Host is quite welcoming and even provided us early checkin. Basic tea milk available anytime for buy. Nearby walking shops for medical, confectionery etc. School at back side gives little nostalgia. Easy taxi access.

Wasn’t able to access the hot water at some times which was the only drawback as the climate was so cool.

The stay was so neat and cozy with all the facilities and ambience of a typical Homestay which justifies their name. Had a great time at the place. The person working there was so friendly and helpful in all ways.

Location isn’t great - it’s quite far from the old city in a quiet neighbourhood. Patchy Wi-Fi. Owners rarely around.

Bright, spacious and airy room. We were very comfortable in the Family Room. Very clean and good hot water. Really nice property. Friendly and helpful owners (when I could find them!). Good value.

Clean room and beds ,tasty food, beautiful roof paintings and bird houses -an initiative to save birds. Its attracts many birds that the ambiance becomes so beautiful especially in the morning and evening when we have a cup of tea in the terrace.

Not much to dislike, but the in-house food service could have been a little better. This is more of a suggestion though.

We stayed with them for 3 nights and it was really nice. The property is centrally located. It is very well maintained. The small and minor things are all the way they should be.. like the pots are neatly arranged and their metal holders were properly painted, the hidden corners are kept clean and well maintained too unlike most places where just the outside and main portions of the house are clean. The family is very warm and welcoming. We had driven to them in two cars. Parking for both the vehicles was easily available. We definitely would like to stay with them again if possible whenever we visit Udaipur again.
