Toilet system wasnt straight forward and didn't always work. There weren't any knives in the kitchen. Air conditioning only reached the one bedroom although there was a fan

Apartment is not well maintained, it has all dust under beds and corners. Broken bathroom tiles, broken water mug. More importantly all walls in the apartment are Chipping off and contains mold which smells bad. Apartment is situated in between slum area, you have to cross the area for in and out. This is a type of area where lockdown hours and mask rules can’t be implemented. Most of them 90% people don’t wear masks, even the owner and his son. They enter the apartment with you without masks and checkout is horrible. Owner check the apartment in person with his wife to make sure nothing is stolen or messed up. We went in July 2021, it was raining, to reach this apartment auto’s or sedan cars car Make it. You need SUV and the driver should be willing to take risk of water entering the car/engine. Only one way in and out no alternative for cars. For the price they charged I don’t recommend this apartment. Owner is aware of the apartment condition and he is still okey to charge and rented the apartment. We stayed there for 3 days and checkout late and paid extra 1k.
