The rooms are quite old and need urgent renovation.

Polite staff and neat and clean rooms. The hotel is just 2 mins waking distance from the beach. Auto rickshaws are available right out side the hotel. The hotel is 15 mins distance from Puri Temple.

The location is a narrow lane and the entrance is very small. The entrance to the parking lot is very narrow and its a challenge to park a big car. I wish the rates were little reasonable given the position and the room size.

The staff were not very hospitable; didn't seem very interested in their jobs. Never saw them smiling even. The front desk lady was polite though.

We liked the pool area, and the fact that we could drink there. The building architecture was nice too. The food was pretty good.

The hotel is located smack-bang on the main road which is noisy and chaotic due to heavy traffic at all hours. The TV channels for English viewers were very limited and difficult to control using the remote. Also there was only one plug socket other than the one used for the TV.

The bathroom in the heritage room was spacious and clean. There was a cafe on-site that provided western style foods for breakfast and snacks. There was also a swimming pool with outside seating areas which were reasonably secluded from street noise.

A/C unconfortably low over the bed and noisy, some electric connections not working (eg. at the fridge). The water drain in the bathroom was far from perfect.

The 1 mirror provided, was in the bathroom which was stained and had poor lighting. The locker provided had broken locks.

The clean pool was the only positive point in infastructure. Room was a bit pricey, they show you pictures of their new building and provide you rooms in "heritage building". Which has no full size mirror, poor lighting, just 1 charging spot and pricey menu.

The booking confirmed that one of the two rooms had bath tubs which were not present. Further, the amount for one child was supposed to be included... However, we were being additionally charged on arrival. The TV channel list was very limited... It is suggested that if it can be upgraded a bit. The Budget room which was allotted to us was not at all good.... Very small, with no air conditioning and looked dingy.... Had to shift to Deluxe room... which was pretty good. No toiletries were provided to any of the rooms... which was very surprising!!

The rooms were clean and tidy with all basic amenities available. Swimming pool was very well maintained. The garden area was small but clean with an aquarium placed at one end... The fishes provided a soothing sight. The location of the hotel was great indeed.... in very close proximity to the sea beach. Nice place to stay and spend time with your family and friends.

There are no good points apart from the location. They charged more than 3k per night, but there are no proper facilities available in the room. Everything is too old or doesn't work. The room was not very clean. Not at all value for money. The fridge, TV and the phone in our room didn't work. After complaining, the fridge was replaced as we needed to store prasadam from the temple. The fridge from the other room which was given to us seems to be very old but worked.

Only the location is good about this hotel.
