Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt is an older building and can do with some upgrades and freshening up. The location and charm of the building sometimes gets lost because the upkeep is probably not keeping up. WiFi challenges on a couple of days were resolved quickly so I suspect that’s not a permanent issue.
Excellent location and the premises remind you of an era gone by. Very easy to get around and not too far from the airport either. The bits that we will remember however are the staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Narain, who is one of the servers at the restaurant, is helpful, friendly and pays attention to the small details. I hope the management team note this as he definitely has a knack for serving customers with a smile - even when things get busy! I also want to say thanks to Ankit at the front desk, who was always available to help out especially when we had some challenges with connectivity and also when we had a delayed flight…..his help made us all just a bit easier for us all. Thanks to both and the staff in general, who were welcoming and hospitable.

JapanA bat entered our room and was circling the room at 5 AM in the morning! Not sure how that got into the room. But the housekeeping was there in no time and got rid of it.
Location is right in the heart of the city. Breakfast and food in general was delicious. Helpful staff and fast check-in and check-out process. Nice experience overall!
