We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

IndiaWhat we didnt like was the NEGLIGENCE shown by the housekeeping staff ...in properly servicing and cleaning the rooms everyday.Additionally ...the manager did not seem keen to share the FREE WIFI details wit us ,,,and when he did so ...there was NO CONNECTION. This was very unusual ....considering that just 3 months prior when staying here ...it was working very well. Perhaps there was an issue....but we were left disappointed .Somehow ...the LEVEL of maintenance seems to have gone down .SAD TO SEE !!
Well,...this was our THIRD stay at the GARNET INN. Everything was very familiar to us ....and we liked the room....the staff...the restaurant food ...and the atmosphere .

IndiaWell....domehow the cleanliness of rooms....and beds ...and bathrooms ......was lacking this time. I WONDER WHY. I see a CARELESS attitude in the proper maintenance of rooms on a daily basis.The various items need to be asked for. THIS WAS SAD TO SEE.
Well,....this was my SECOND stay at this hotel.....and I was expecting a good experience ....based on the last visit. The food was good.....the staff are very friendly....the location is very convenient.....

IndiaThere was very little.....I didn't like.!! Perhaps ....an addition of non vegetarian dishes on the menu would be good. Perhaps the ENTRANCE to this hotel.....and the name board needs to be renovated .
Well.....I was pleasantly surprised to find this kind of facilities and ambience ...in a hotel in DURG. The rooms are wonderful.....the air-conditioning lovely....and bathroom clean and perfect. The food was a great surprise......vegetarian only, but YUMMY. The staff too are very polite and efficient. All in all.... a GREAT experience....and hoping to return soon.
