The facility is clean and neat; quite happy that it had qmin restaurant attached to the ginger. That is a plus. The hotel is quite above par in terms of the infrastructure. The gym is good too.

I di not like the attitude of most staff at front office

Only one staff at front office stood out for me - Priya Darshini. Also, Ramesh - the server in the restaurant was very good.

They charged me twice and still waiting for the refund. Paid in cash and they also charged my credit card about 3 weeks ago and still waiting for the refund. When asked about it they are blaming other departments. Very disappointing and unprofessional in dealing with this situation. I have to get my credit card to deal with them as they try not to answer my phone.

Only thing I particularly didn't like was very loud music from the bar which is next to the reception. When we arrived late evening, tired from travelling, we had to wait for check-in, while super loud music was banging. The next day evening I noticed the same thing so it looks like it's a standard. Personally, I would appreciate that reception area is quieter.

Hotel is very clean. I like the funky design. Rooms are very nice and practical even though fairly small. Fast internet speed is very much appreciated.

A great experience and a comfortable stay at Ginger. Staff were really friendly especially Miss Shabana and her team who were very courteous and helped with a smooth stay. Definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Mumbai. A modern living space and they definitely stick with their tag line Live in the fast lane.

Nobody from the hotel workers came to help me put the luggage in my room, considering that as a lady this should have been the norm. The room had tea coffee, just for name sake and was provided as if it was a big deal. No slippers in the room. Intoday's age we all expect the hotel to have these basic amenities. Shuttle service was a complete BOGUS. They charged 3 times of what i paid by Uber, despite the fact that it is so close to the airport.

Breakfast was too short on variety. Hardly anything to suit the north indian tongue. Very basic in terms of menu. Expected more variety and taste.
