The facility is clean and neat; quite happy that it had qmin restaurant attached to the ginger. That is a plus. The hotel is quite above par in terms of the infrastructure. The gym is good too.

When asked about it they are blaming other departments. Very disappointing and unprofessional in dealing with this situation. CroatiaOnly thing I particularly didn't like was very loud music from the bar which is next to the reception. When we arrived late evening, tired from travelling, we had to wait for check-in, while super loud music was banging. The next day evening I noticed the same thing so it looks like it's a standard. Personally, I would appreciate that reception area is quieter.
Hotel is very clean. I like the funky design. Rooms are very nice and practical even though fairly small. Fast internet speed is very much appreciated.

IndiaNobody from the hotel workers came to help me put the luggage in my room, considering that as a lady this should have been the norm. The room had tea coffee, just for name sake and was provided as if it was a big deal. No slippers in the room. Intoday's age we all expect the hotel to have these basic amenities. Shuttle service was a complete BOGUS. They charged 3 times of what i paid by Uber, despite the fact that it is so close to the airport.
Breakfast was too short on variety. Hardly anything to suit the north indian tongue. Very basic in terms of menu. Expected more variety and taste.
