The service was poor. the reception guys do not respond properly. the food was good but the food servicing guys are very very slow. Many customera were complaining. The amount mentioned in menu is different and charge they collect is different

Seems they rushed the building of some rooms and left markings from when the works have been done. Still some paint here and there and pen markings on where what was hanged & installed (furniture). Not very nice thing at first sight.

Breakfast is well balanced between Indian food choices and classic Continental breakfast. Rooms are clean enough, the staff is amazing. Location is a bit off the main road which can guarantee some peace & quiet at night, that particular area can be very very noisy at night.

1. The check-in process was pretty slow. 2. Booking.com showed different charges/taxes and it was not aligned with what I was actually charged in reality. Enquired about it to the executive however got a flat response saying " This is the actual charges" 3. Took two Executive room and in one room the phone wasn't working throughout my stay. It was pretty unpleasant considering that's the only way to connect with Hotel Executive/Food. Complained multiple times, however no one paid much heed. 4. Pretty basic divider or separator or partition for Shower weren't put in the bathroom. So every time you take a shower you will end up sprinkling water in the whole bathroom. This should have been thought through and it's a design issue. 5. The hotel doesn't have any special hall and in case one lands in the hotel in any one of those days where there is a corporate party, it will lead to an un pleasant experience especially in the restaurant. I ordered Dinner with a lot of wait and when the food that was served was pretty pathetic with no taste at all. This experience was only due to the fact that almost all of the executives were kept busy attending the corporate partygoers with no attention to other customer attending the restaurant. REQUEST authority to close restaurants on such days especially when they can't attend other customers.

Few cleaning executives need appreciation who were listening to issues/missing toiletries items and acted promptly on it Overall: Average Experience considering it was around ~ 7k per room per night

The gym is really tiny and the equipments need caring. So settled for long brisk walks The rooms are pretty small so there are no cupboards, and no security safes. They have open showers , a sliding door wud have helped. More hooks to hang stuff wud help ..

The Hotel was great on location for me as I had a consignment very close so it was helpful The staff were very pleasant and helpful and I will make a special mention of Ms Ananya and Gajendra who helped me with an early check in from a red eye flight The breakfast has a gud spread but it tends to be repetitive as I was there for 3 nights and they have order stations for customised eggs n South indian dishes. The staff and the service are exceptional Their room service is prompt and has lavish helpings The Hotel is popular as a budget hotel so tends to be full up and is value for money. If you want to go to the West Side just cross the overbridge on the left side of the Hotel and the stop is known as Jamnanagar phatak ..basically u save a lot of time. On the right one block there is a small bar ..but not worth a mention ..all seem to be in the west.. 5 minutes on the left is Malgudi Express is you love authentic South Indian food

* reception staff know limited english * who puts a mini bar fridge right next to the bed? It was so noisy I had to switch it off. * noisy air conditioning/extractor

Full payment was deducted even before check in happened....that was unusual as per normal booking.com procedures I hv seen the world over....how can entire payment be deducted even before the person has reached the hotel....in any case hotel already had credit card details as payment guarantee so why this haste to deduct not one night but two nights payment at once even before reaching the hotel to check in?

The infrastructure was good though the rooms were really v small and cramped...even though all basics were there...
