Clean of bathroom, panting of room', improve of towel, bedsheet

There is nothing to tell, room' conditions has very bad, bed sheet, towel has been very very poor condition, bathroom, as per room rent no facilities has not provided

In-room dining was suggested for lunch but no table or chair to have food. Even after Requesting at reception we were neither informed nor provided. Were not provided iron and iron board for pressing clothes. Toilet seat was broken and it was slipping while using it. Room interior was not up to mark. Wall below the study table was having leaking marks of oil. Plaster of toilet wall corners behind door was broken. Not enough space for keeping second person's luggage bag. No chair to rest and have tea. It is not value for money either.

Breakfast was good and even lunch was huge for two. We managed to have in one thali only.

Its NOT a place to Stay in Noida. Not at all recommended! 1. The check in was with so much hassle. Staffs are incompetent. 2. The rooms are small (which is okay) but extremely dirty. Beddings have stain. Highly unhygienic. 3. Poor service and staff are arrogant. When raised a query they said it’s not their problem, it’s the hotel issue and the management is not here. For real?? 4. You can only connect the WiFi on 2 devices. For sure not a play to stay on business trips. 5. And the extreme one! Every time there is electricity disconnection (which is like thrice every hour) you have to get up and switch on AC again. Imagine how many times had to do in the night. This is extreme! There are many more which I don’t want to list down here. I initially stayed for 2 days and then extended 2 more days and was going to stay for another 20 days but sure NO! And most importantly, the hotel is more expensive than Radisson which is 10 mins from here NEVER going to stay at Ginger and never ever going to recommend anyone.

First of all Booking.com and Ginger played very wrongly and snatched more money than committed. The staff of both companies are non cooperative and have no knowledge.

I was asked to pay all the booking amount upfront. in case of any emergency if someone has to leave early than the booking tenure then? not good to ask consumer to pay for the service not yet taken.

The noise from the bar across a road was appalling, I initially had a room opposite the bar across the road and sounded like the DJ was in the room. Staff were very obliging and moved me to a room on the other side of the building, the noise was still there as annoying background noise.

Not a neat property, not timely services, no settling assistance, poor hygene, stinking room, out dated electronics, no renovations for i guess a decade. Very tiny rooms, mattress are 15yrs old, ....neither ample parking nor wallet.

20 mins checkin process Parking is very small and limited Room telephone tv remote and bathroom jet washer was not working. Small room size. Chargeable sleepers which should be complimentary No availability of tea bags Overall very poor experience. We shifted to Radisson blur immediately next day .
