Very poorly accessible from the road. Difficult to cross the high way by walk, to reach nearby shopping centers. No transport facilities like autos, or cabs. Room is furnished with old wooden cabins . Lot of Mosquitoes. No coil is provided. Thinking that it is Tata's group venture, you will be fooled . It is not at all suitable for a holiday.

The room was not properly maintained. Walls were dirty, bathroom door and cupboard door was broken. Ginger has a huge reputation and this could have been better.

It’s location was perfect! Very close to our working area. Breakfast was well served. Staff was really good. Specifically the front desk officer Suhana was extremely courteous and helpful.

Breakfast options are very limited for those on a diet or looking for morning options of fruits and veggies. Services are slow and the window AC was noisy. All in all, considering other ginger hotels and the price you pay here , i would not recommend anyone on a vacation.

Reasonable location for a very brief overnight stay. Not the right place though if one is looking at a stopover for catching a flight after a vacation. Ideal for business visitors only.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had during my stay at your establishment, Ginger Pantnagar. Unfortunately, the quality of service I encountered fell significantly short of the standards one would expect from a reputed hotel. Upon entering my assigned room, I was disheartened to find the bedsheets in an unacceptable state – visibly dirty, with disturbing blood stains on the blankets. Understandably concerned, I immediately brought this issue to the attention of your staff, requesting a change of bedding. Regrettably, despite my insistence, the replacements provided in all three instances were marred by similar blood stains, which only added to my dismay. To compound matters, I was taken aback when I returned to my room after being out for the day, only to discover that the hotel staff had entered without my prior consent. Not only had they accessed my room without permission, but they also undertook a full cleaning and rearrangement of my personal belongings. This not only breaches the trust and privacy one expects in a hotel but is also a clear violation of professional hospitality standards. The lack of attention to cleanliness and the intrusive handling of my personal space has left me deeply disappointed with the overall experience at Ginger. I believe it is essential for a hotel of your standing to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, privacy, and professionalism, aspects that were lacking during my stay. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to address the issues I have raised. As a guest, it is disheartening to endure such a disappointing experience, and I trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure the improvement of your services. The cold vibes and the dirty and unkempt facility. Air-conditioned in my room was v noisy. Overall a very depressing environment. The buffet breakfast was pathetic. Most items were finished.
