The staff at the desk is pathetic. The attitude and disrespect he has for the clients is appalling. Also, the day tour we booked from the hotel was not worth it. The driver was rude and full of attitude. It was a waste of money.

The family room on 4th floor was amazing. It was adequately big and spacious. The lights and the decor was good. The owner was considerate enough to lend an additional toilet for the family.

Staff was satisfactory . Cleaning is not proper. The wash room is not cleaned properly. Some fittings are to be replaced. Approchway is too much narrow & no any whecle is appoching up to hotel. . .

The room was pretty tired and had a few loose wires here and there. No hot water (though possibly available upon request). Be prepared for packs of stray dogs barking outside for most of the night and impromptu wedding parties in the street going on late into the night.

It is very cheap and you get what you pay for. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The bathroom was dirty dirty when i got in, i had to cleaning with vinager. The seat was full of pee like nobody had cleaning in days. The hot water has to be put in a bucket because it didn't came out of the normal shower. The administrator tries to sell you big and expensive packages for train.

The location was good, the size of the room was great, 2 beds one queen size. Good lightning and elevator.

The area is not really safe- all local people were surprised we stayed there. Also super super loud at night. People and dogs barking so it’s almost impossible to fall asleep

For this money everything is fine.

Stayed at the hotel for one night. The hotel is very close to the train station. The staff is polite, the bed linen is clean. The room had warm blankets, soap and toilet paper.

Mention about the tap water and hot water from geaser.

My parents said it was ok for them, but the geaser should work properly. Moreover, they were finding a bit of difficulties with water as it was not coming from there. Apart from that rooms were pretty big and nice.

The location it’s a little bit complicated and in a super crowded place. Imposible to get with car or even tuc tuc but 15mins walking from Connaught Place.

Everything in the room was a bit old, broken and unloved. The photos provided are pure fantasy, but it's to be expected at the price here. Exposed wiring, broken tiles, rust, etc. The AC was ancient and very loud (worst thing). Made worse because the ceiling fan was broken and would only go at full speed (also very loud) or off. And it was not well secured to the ceiling. No hot water in the shower, despite having a boiler there. The TV was only pay-per-view, although I didn't care. They initially tried to put me in a small double room, although it was corrected after I pointed it out. The owner helped me transfer money to withdraw with a smile but told me there was a 400 rupee charge from his bank, which I now know was a lie as I have done it with others at the same bank. I don't think it's unfair to pay for the service, but the dishonesty is the problem. And if I was paying then I would expect better service, I waited around for ages. I'm not sure what NDLS is but it's not 3 minutes walk from anything. It's 10 minutes walk from New Delhi rail station, and 15 from ND metro. There are a few stays right by RK ashram metro which I think provide better access in parahganj. The access from main bazar passes a public urinal.

The room I got (quadruple) was large, with AC, table, and sofa, reasonably clean and I got it for a good price (around 1700 for 2 nights). There is a lift and the price I booked is what I paid. The owner helped me getting out cash (but see elsewhere in the review..). I was able to check in late, and they let me pay the next day. Service to the room if you want. AC works when out of the room. WiFi was usable. Towel provided.

The only thing that I'm Sri Lankan first time visit Delhi and I got very shocked about out side of the area. its not clean and unhygienic. At third day at hotel I got vomit sensation by the food that eat at night.

Staffs are very friendly. They help me to lot of things like buy new sim and help to change money from outside.

They charge quite high if in this area u can take a/c rooms within 800rs why ro pay extra and secondly they dint follow booking .com as I request that I have early check in and they agree and said that they will not charge extra to booking .com but they did so please personally call them and confirm as then the room will be too expensive .

Hotel is decent but rooms should be more clean and comfortable.Bedsheets and towels are not in good condition .Very less space for double room and what the show in the display that's only triple room.But location wise it's very near to NDLS railway station.and food is awesome and less price
