The check-in experience was not very great as i missed the empathy from reception. Nothing else

The Property is located near the city center with shops and malls around. The Property has also good number of restaurants within the property. The room is descent sized with all facilities. The breakfast spread was good. Overall had a great experience with the property.

Relationship office Tripti made the stay memorable, Chef Ram Nayak with his recipes, dining staff Paras, Mousumi & Ganesh & housekeeping staff made all the difference. Centrally located, breakfast warm, assorted & tasty.

Reception staff are rude . They are not hospitable. They way they treated while check out was like they are kicking us out. As my daughter is only 2 year we had requested for food from kitchen, as kitchen was yet to be opened we requested for half an hour extension time , they agreed no doubt but the way they answered was very rude.

The restaurant staff are very good and so hospitable and our requests were considered. The food cooked were so good and tasty. A big thank you to chef and their team

Active Renovation work, with lot of drilling sound during active day time. Very disturbing. Such information should be made available at the time of booking on the site.

Checkin process was horrible - we booked a Superior Room which looks nice in photos but is actually a horror in real life! Floors were peeling off, bathroom looked like a public bathroom, there were wires and broken furniture in the room - probably the WORST hotel room we have ever seen! Once we complained to the reception staff they were rude and unhelpful saying this is what we paid for (7000 rupees plus per night for the junk they provided). After many calls to reception as our requested extra bed was also not in the room, one housekeeping staff FELIX helped us with his lovely smile and manners and understanding - he was able to finally get the reception staff to get us another room which was to standard. Apparently they moved us to an "executive room"which was actually just a standard superior room as per our experience around the world. However it was a lovely stay after this got sorted out. SUGGESTION - Change your room names from Superior to BASIC and Executive to Superior, as this is more realistic and will allow customers to book the appropriate room, or give you current "superior rooms" a major upgrade!

Buffet Breakfast was fabulous and the head chef was especially wonderful, excellent service from him and the other staff there.

Furniture in the room needs revamping. More veracity in tea bags and stainless steel spoon,etc. needed to be qualified as 4 star Hotel.

Major upgrade required to room furniture. Toilet seats need to be changed. Air vents need to be cleaned. The presidential suite should have had a clothes drying stand. We didn't get one even after requesting for one

When i arrived staff started asking me for advance payment and they were suspicious, although i was tired and was with my wife and child they did not bothered to accomodate to the room first instead took lot of time in processing it in the counter.

noise from road traffic is very high , hotel should invest in better sound management / glass windows and frayed and poor quality of towels ,been staying here many times across years , hotel management has changed interiors but quality of towels is poor , frayed at the ends and bare in some places , feel dirty using such towels
