Stay was very pleasant. Usually opt for Goldfinch. Would recommend. Breakfast was very good would recommend to avoit chicken nuggets during breakfast. Rest 10 /10

Rooms are a bit cramped Heavy condensation on floor - got 3-4 floor towels spread on the floor at the entrance - this can be avoided only if you keep running the AC at about 18 C, which is very uncomfortable and not a sustainable practice Bedsheets and towels feel fresh but have a yellowish look- time to replace?

the manager on call was a very rude and unhelpful person - not the best at customer relations. things went wrong and all she could tell was to contact booking.com at a very late hour.

The lifts are small. During weekend evenings, because the hotel has a pub and fine dining, it is crowded

There wer no bathrobes and the slippers even if they wer mentioned in the booking details. Also don't take the lower floor rooms as it would be annoying how much the traffic would invade you conversation.

The hotel staff wer good and the service too mainly the food was awesome and was available 24/7 other than the breakfast of course . Overall a great experience and it is in a prime location so all the nearby attractions are a small cab away. Highly recommend the stay here.

Bathrobes should be available and a few extra toiletries also there wasn't a plug beside my bed only one on my partners side but other than that all great

Room service is at point and the best part of the hotel is the food it serves a bit costly but fills your hear and your soul to the brim.would suggest to add a few bathrobes to the room as there are none.other than all that it was a great experience would be my choice for the next visit for sure.

If advertising for continental / European breakfast there should be more non veg items available.

Breakfast was not as expected. There were no cold cuts available. Only non veg was chicken nuggets available on 1st day. Next day there was not non veg at all.

There was construction and renovation outside and on the same building as well. My room was on the 3rd floor, and all I could hear was a drilling machine sound and traffic sound. I was moved to the “4th floor” as it was supposed to be a quiet room. The noise is just as bad and totally unacceptable, intrusive, and prevents sleep as after traveling for 9 hours. Even though I paid extra for early check-in, to get some rest, it didn't help. They should have used noise-reduction glazing. I booked for suite and it was without Bathtub.

It was not bad, not too many options, but the restaurant food was good and the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

there was construction that we could hear loudly in our room. we were only at hotel for 1.5 hours. we shifted to a new hotel, and they still charged us one night… even though we did not stay. they should have posted the construction message on their website. as a result we will not stay stay there again even when the construction is completed.
