I booked five rooms for 13 adults and two child, and specifically requested an extra mattresses for 3 rooms during booking and paid extra money for the same. However, when we checked in, the room only had one bed, and the extra mattresses was not available. The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful during check in, and we had to wait outside for hours before she finally let us to check in after paying the full amount. After so many phone calls to reception and Gooromgo customer care, finally we got the extra mattresses at 11:30 PM at night which was very poor and dirty in condition and was not useful for us. In form of mattresses we have been provided a thin foam where even an animal cannot relax. But we compromise as we had already made the full payment and they were not agreed to refund. The room itself was also very dirty. The floor was dusty, the bed sheets were stained, and the bathroom was filthy. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, especially considering the price I paid for the stay. Washroom Door locks were not functioning. All room's ACs were water licking inside the room. Most worst Hotel I have ever seen in my life. In addition to the cleanliness issues, the service at the hotel was also very poor. The staff was rude and unhelpful specially the receptionist, and they did not seem to care about our experience. For example, when we asked for a late check-out only after half an hour, the receptionist told us that it was not possible, even though there were no other guests in the hotel. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay at your hotel. The cleanliness, service, and attitude of the staff were all subpar. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would like to request a full refund for my stay. I am also willing to share my feedback on social media and review websites if the hotel does not take steps to improve the cleanliness, service, and attitude of the staff.
