Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

My husband and I visited with our 11 month old from London and everything about this hotel is exceptional: the staff are courteous, efficient, and lovely; the food is incredible (don't skip the amazing breakfast spread, or the fabulous tea); the rooms are modern, tastefully decorated and clean. Our suite had two Toto's and we ended up cutting our Jaipur trip short to return for a further two nights before our flight home. Do not hesitate to book this hotel! You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Comfortable room sizes and a very nice view from the high floor. The WC was automated which was an interesting and unique experience. The room service food was excellent and I had their range of cuisine offering.
