I did not know breakfast was not included in my package. Bath towels in the room ae very old and of colour.

Many things. To mention a few... 1. Poor check in experience. The reception has poorly trained staff who ask about bill and payment right at the arrival. 2. No greetings, no showing the room or telling about facilities. 3. Waiter at breakfast won't get an item telling it's on buffet and we can take it in our own. 4. Swimming pool timings irrelevant as it's not covered and open to the sun throughout the day. Closed by 7:30 PM when one can actually use it.

The location of the hotel was excellent, and the surrounding atmosphere was beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing a wonderful first impression of the establishment. Every aspect of the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and spacious, with outstanding service in the restaurant where we dined. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to return for an extended visit in the future.

The staff at the reception are bit rude or rough in their conversations making guests think twice before requesting for any support. We reached late afternoon and the reception conversation was not something which one expects from a big group of hotels like accord

The food need some improvement. Not much choices and taste not so good. Even coffee also not nice. So watery & milky. I ordered Hakka veg noodles from room and the taste was nice.

Room service is very bad. When they clean the room they don't keep towels, soap, sampoo etc. We need to call and ask them to refill and provide the same.

Carpets loosely fitted in the corridors- major tripping hazard for elderly customers & kids. Also lots of dirty plates/ cutlery left all the time from the customers not removed for many hours- unsightly. Most of the walls in the corridors are warped / damp - seems like a plumbing problem. Food very expensive. Showers in the changing area of the pool stinks.

Ambience, roof top pool & restaurant. Nice comfy beds. AC is good in the hot weather.

Space could have been more, the room was compact. The bathroom was very small. Had the same breakfast options for both the days we stayed and limited options in the buffet according to the 5 star hotel. And the view from our room was roadside and graveyard was also visible which was a little uncomfortable.
