The address and hotel name in the Booking App is WRONG! I was very surprised and frustrated when Uber drove me to the airport cargo area in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately, the driver was kind enough to call the hotel from my phone and after 2 minutes of intense conversation got the right address (that was 9 km away!!). Of course I had to pay the taxi twice. Fix the address and name ASAP!!!!! The real name of the hotel is Qubic Stays not Grand Qubic.

Decor a bit shabby, but fine for a nights stay to be near the airport

Not a bad room for a good price near the airport. Bed was big and comfortable. TV had Netflix and YouTube. Staff were friendly. Cold water refills in reception. Shower and toilet were clean.

So I said balcony but they were completely out of balcony rooms and that was a dissapointment apart from that there was no lift , they sent me to 3 hotels to checkout the best room, the staff was extremely nice and helpful overall it was good

- Incorrect location on map - Hard to reach - No lifts, not easy for older people to climb up to 1st and other floors. - Slaggy response by representative - Forgetfulness of food orders [ They forget that something was ordered, and had to remind them after an hour ] - Slow delivery of food [ Expect a min. 45mins, even for Tea ]

It was a disaster. Very dirty place, not at all like the pictures. They were doing construction work in the hotel so half the place was not operating. Full with dust everywhere and a lot of noise until at least 19:00-20:00. The food was very bad aswell. We asked im case we could take a bit of food om the way for the breakfast that was included (but our flight was early so we couldn’t stay for breakfast there) and they said no. Very discontent.

Good for layover as its near delhi airport. Room is clean and loaded with hightech amenities. We had a grdat time at the hotel. Insted of breakfast they arranged snacks at the evening as we had to leave early in the morning.

First of all i would like to thank for providing me early checkin without any charge. Your managers are really responsible towards customers satisfaction. Room was renovated i guess looked fresh and most of the staff were really professional.

It wasn’t a maintained property! The room’s depiction from the pictures was different from how we found it. Had the time the toilet was t working and it was stressing us out. We had to change out room because the air condition wasn’t in good working condition.
