Everything was good, except on the last day they wanted to overcharge us, thankfully it was resolved.

Really nice clean rooms. The location was perfect being 3 minutes walk from a beach, and the food was very good and quite cheap.

We have taken a scooter on rent which was rented from hotel travel agent desk as far that was also part of hotel everything was going well last day of our stay cops caught us somewhere near to Baga beach as per him we can't rent a bike which is having white number plate which was correct he stopped us for long time outthere and we trying to call the person whom we have rented his phone was not reachable then cops found one number from registration card which was owners number the other side was a lady she spoke with him after having a long discussion then cops allowed us to go from there. My point is if you running a hotel where in you have kept all things why you doing this offence which is illegal and on the top of that we have filled around 200 ruppees petrol on that scooter when we were coming back from the baga beach because we had a plan to go night club but after this incident we got afraid do drive this scooter and we wanted to handover the scooter to them and the next day we asked the amount of petrol we filled in that rather then apologizing that lady was very rude she was like that incident was normal how can it will be normal when you are in a vacation and cops catch you for an offence which you are not aware. This is very serious issue which hotel owner has to followup because you have to understand you are in a hospitality Industry where everything runs in an trust factor small things may lead damage your resort image in the market.

If I mention about like the Restaurant staff was very polite and ready to assist all the time and the receptionist was also kind hotel has been maintained very well which gives you a plesent vibes.

Help desk taxi people I really dislike them From green valley resot to taj .only 400metere distance but they charge 400 rs.atleast hotel reception can did better option for me.

Food was pathetic. Bathroom does get fully wet if u take shower need to improve in maintenance of room as most of the furniture in room is broken

Swimming Pool timing could be better. I was not able to use it for at least a single day. The timing was 7 am - 7 pm and in most of the hotels, it is till 10 pm at least.

The room was a tad small. The room service menu was not available in the room. We called and it was brought to our room where we took a photo for future reference.

We enjoyed the food and the room was very comfortable with both a fan and A/C. The service team was warm and friendly. My daughter loved the ice-creams in the lobby and there was a path to the beach that was easily accessible from the hotel. The beach was beautiful!

As a foreigner, I would have had a better experience at breakfast if there were a wider choice of fruit and non-spicy food, such as cereals, fresh milk and omelette without chilli. The staff offered to make scrambled eggs though and really made an effort to cater to my needs.

The location was good and I was satisfied with the service. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Nothing that we didn't enjoy or like.

Everything about this place. The staff were amazing. Catered for all needs. Polite, helpful, and always friendly with a smile. The pool was very clean, along with all the facilities. Great food and the local beach were tranquil, calm, and pretty secluded. The location was great, but we did have a scooter to get about on. The apartment was bang on. There is plenty of space with hot water and comfy bed.
