How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The shower
The hotel is very good located all the staff were very nice. The bakers was delicious. The room was clean. Everything went perfect. Just the shower was a little bit complicated.

Parking is a bit of a walk but it is same in case of all the hotels around. And staff offered to and took our luggage to the parking. We had a very old person and one disabled person in our group so parking close to hotel would have been more to our liking.
It was walking distance from Ram Jhula and Janaki pul, Parmarth Niketan, Geeta Bhawan. Liked every thing about the hotel- staff, food, cleanliness, location.

Queens double deluxe Room could have a hot water kettle for hot drinking water.
Breakfast was good. Location was dicey as accessibility for my senior citizen mother was not good She had to walk quite a distance . While since it was located close to Parmarth Niketan the whole family could enjoy Sandhya Arti.

I paid extra for an exec room but it wast as dlam as i expected. Friendley staff and comfy bed tho sobjob done.
Nice position for rishikesh Parmarth Niketan. Perfect for international yoga festival

Yoga studio for conducting yoga sessions in the premises. Dessert menu could be improved in the restaurant.
Recently stayed for a week with friends at Green View. The recently opened rooftop restaurant Green Italian is an absolute delight! Loved their interiors in green n wood finishes and the quality of the food was top-notch! Their tea on the open terrace accompanied with tea-time snacks and their Pizzas require special mention for their flavors. Extensive breakfast and ala carte menu catering to wide choices. The staff is really courteous and helpful, and their chef Deepak Soni deserves special mention. A special thank you to the management for allowing access to their top floor for conducting our yoga sessions. The combination of hospitable hosts, delectable dishes, and impeccable service truly deserves repeat visits. The location is a huge plus point with its proximity to Parmarth Ashram and is ideally located midway between Janki Jhulla and Ram Jhulla with access to clean ghats of the River Ganges.

The restaurant chef need to be faster as there is a long wait.
The room was well maintained,clean, and also had a heater. Shower was great with lots of hot water.

Hotel denied cutlery for the rooms when requested, this was very annoying as we had a child with us and we needed cutlery for him. Had to buy disposables from outside.

Corridor of hotel is not smooth . Some part is up and some down . As we come out from lift at 3rd floor ..floor is not plane . Spa room was not opened .
Amenities must increase in hotel . At reception staff Pushpa is very cordial . This lady is asset of this hotel . Her nature and attend to guests was very polite .

Non Availabilty of Gluten free food
The hotel is located about 100m from the Paramarth Ashram where the daily arti takes place .The car parking is located about 200m behind the hotel but the hotel staff is helpful and get your luggage the rooms and their washrooms are neat and clean and fresh linen was provided. Food was excellent and a variety is available Indian continental Italian chinese as well as israeli however they need to cater for those with Gluten Allergy which is common these days All in the hotel excels and are a value for money

There were some minor niggle with noise in the hotel at night. Also there could have been better cleaning service of the room while I was there. However when I asked for the room to be serviced staff were very helpful.
I wanted a hotel near Parmarth Niketan and this hotel was perfect in terms of location. The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff helpful and friendly. The rooftop restaurant was really good, food delicious and friendly service.
