Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). IndiaThe thing we absolutely loved was the behaviour of the staff. Everyone was pleasant, kind and professional at the same time. I haven’t seen such nice staff members in hotels in a very long time. I think this one thing makes this hotel very special and if I go to Chennai again, I am definitely going to stay here. The receptionists in the evening and the staff at the buffet restaurant were especially nice.

The morning buffet is extremely good and the property is very clean and well maintained. The property is very close to various shopping facilities and restaurants. It is centrally located and well connected.

CanadaAir conditioning in the hall area is not good at all. When you come out of the room you can feel the heat right away. The facility is very much aware of the issue, but nothing has been done so far.Had to move to another upgraded room as there was water leak in the bathroom.
Morning buffet is extremely good!! Good value for the money. Very close to various shopping facilities. Safe and comfortable stay.

Amazing breakfast. Many options to choose from. Both Indian and Western breakfasts was available, both were lovely. Room was large and spacious. The toilet was clean and well maintained. The daily room clean up was lovely. Fruits and desserts were brought to the room daily. We also enjoyed the real lily flowers along the corridors and lobbies.
