The bathroom facility not to standard and there was a bad smell from the bathroom drain. Didn't get hot water all the time at night. No shower curtain and the whole floor got wet every I had a shower.

I booked a three-people executive room which I expected to be more spacious. Overall, the hotel gives you a cramped feeling. The elevator contributes to that feeling the most as two people can barely fit in it (excluding the lift man!). I felt the room rent to be higher than usual, perhaps because Mumbai is an expensive city. The worst aspect is the hotel's wifi connection. I had to be at a particular corner of my room to get my devices connected to the internet. Lastly, if you are a frequent mall-goer, you may feel a bit disappointed because the big malls of Mumbai aren't located in this part of the city.

I think the best aspect of this hotel is its location. It is very close to Gate of India and the strand by the sea along which you can take an early morning walk or an evening walk. A good choice of halal restaurants are just within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Room was not up to expectations. I went with friend and booked a twin bedded room with two separate beds. This was not available when we arrived and after looking at several rooms the hotel put a mattress on the bedroom floor as a second bed - not good and no price reduction....

The mold and the lack of windows were awful. We stayed for five days and all our clothes ended up stinking. The sinks stink too.

The staff, in particular Samson at the reception were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant on the rooftop was really good. The hotel is very well situated to do activities. Kuckeliku, the restaurant next door does the best breakfast and brunches.

The overall decor of the hotel was okay. However, the rooms had a strange smell and there were some areas of the room which needed maintenance I.e. exposed walls and potential mould in bathroom. Some staff were not so welcoming and the first thing they asked was if we were married (as a couple sharing one room). If this is hotel rules that is OK but felt abrupt and judgemental.

Some staff doing the lift were very pleasant and welcoming. Check in was very punctual at 12pm. We arrived early and the staff happily kept our bags while we explored the city.

For the money it was a little over charged. The room was not serviced for 2 days until I asked it to be done. Twice there was no hot water in the shower. Bed is hard but I’m beginning to think that is the way in India. .. it was very clean and staff were great. Excellent location. No info for tourists in hotel available. I discovered there is a famous roof top restaurant on top of the building by accident on the last night. I’ve stayed in 5 star for Aud $110 in Combitore .. this was $75 and only got a room .. building very old. Maybe this is typical for a 3 star in Mumbai .. I don’t know. Also the city is more expensive ,, I get that
