Amazing Views and food and we liked walking up and down!

The location is on a small hill with a mud road and both days the ATV was stuck and unable to take passengers up to the hotel and I had to walk up in the snow and mud with my little one yr old They are not equipped to cater to many guests Getting food from them was a problem Room was not cleaned in our 2 night stay, even plates of food were not taken back at any point. They said you didn’t leave the key with us however when we returned, there were 3 men in the room claiming to update the Tv and using our bathroom, they left when we entered. Tv was not updated so I don’t know what they were doing in our room.

While going upto the property was adventurous, but also on snowy days it can be scary as cars don’t go up.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

If approach can be addressed it is really a wonderful property. Though they try to address it this as well by arranging horses.

Breakfast was awesome. Guys were helpful & were available on single call as & when required.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed and offered stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff was professional and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The hotel's facilities, including the restaurant, were excellent. I would gladly stay here again.

muddy trekk up the hill and no hot water and 24 hr water / breakfast area and buffet area cramped only seats for 12 people. very budgeted hotel charging 4star rates.

Their service was poor. Electricity was going after each 2 minutes. Really disappointed with the room service. Washroom pipes were leaking.No dental kits available. Overpriced with no customer service.

Everything The scenery and the atmosphere, surroundings all things were amazing especially that pony ride it was too fun and all my family members enjoyed and in the morning we had some trekking as this hotel is at some elevation so we had fun trekking as well, the view is so nice .I will definitely recommend everyone to visit this place at least once in your life you will fall in love with this place.

We had a fantastic experience with Gulmarg Resort, Any youngster can go trekking with amazing views and experience, and for senior citizens, they give pony rides free to reach the property which makes this resort different from other properties. the staff had been very kind and helpful and overall was a fantastic experience.

This is the best resort we have visited in Gulmarg. Absolutely stunning place , what's best is for people who love to trek there's a trekking point for where you get an amazing view and to top it off they give you a free pony ride. We stayed there for 2 nights and the staff was very polite and the food was very delicious. I'd recommend this place to anyone who's visiting Gulmarg!!
