This was one of the best property within my budget (got 2 bedrooms apartment in 4.2k per nights) with all the required facilities like parking , swimming pool, kitchen and living area. Size of the apartment was big with 2 spacious bedrooms and attached washrooms and big balcony with lush green view. 4-5 minutes drive to famous Baga and Calangute beach. Restaurant service need to improve a little bit as there were limited options available.

Great place and polite staff. They did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. I had been to Goa multiple times but I felt now how come I missed such a nice place till now. Definitely recommend this hotel to others

Kitchen is not clean enough, there were cockroaches in and around induction stove, oven not provided although mentioned, utensils could have been better especially when someone staying with family and kids

the apartment was far from the beach. The building needs maintenance. Garbage stored between buildings. the hidden reception in a back hallway. The kitchen was very poorly stocked with kitchen instruments. a single knife. The air conditioning above the bed leaked water and fell on your face at night. at the reception they were not very friendly

The room we received was not the cleanest. It missed out on the outdoor furniture as well. The staff needed to be told a lot of times if we need to get something done.

The location is good and the pool side area is amazing. Lush greens around.

Nice location, but the maps location is incorrect and takes us to a back side of the property, no proper kitchen facilities, just a refrigerator 😔, no oven no stove and no proper utensils, no iron, no washing machine

Okay, I'll take these one by one. 1. Despite of being beautiful, the pool could have been cleaner. Since there were a lot of trees around, there were always some leaves and other fallouts in the pool. 2. I occassionally spotted some small cockroaches in the apartment, it's relatively normal since the place is surrounded by lush greenery, but it would be nice of they use HIT or something regularly. And don't open windows too much. 3. They charge for water everyday, after the first day. This is the first time I saw this happen in any of the hotels I've ever stayed in. 4. Make sure to match your flight landing time with the check in time, since they won't at all adjust the check in timings. We had to roam around for about 5 hours with our luggage and sleep deprived because we weren't allowed to check in early. It was a bad start to the trip honestly, but rest of the day made up for it.

1. The rooms are great for the price. We got a very nice apartment with a bedroom (two extra mattresses), one bathroom, one hall, kitchen and a balcony. It had AC, Wifi and Hot Water. 2. The housekeeping cleaned the whole apartment everyday. We were provided with fresh towels and bedding every alternate day. And soaps/shampoos according to requirement. 3. Our balcony was pool view and it was beautiful. The pool area was beautiful, it was vv green and it also had a bar. I'm not sure if the bar was functional but they played vv fun songs throughout the day. 4. The kitchen had optimum amount of utensils so that you could use them efficiently. There was also an induction top, microwave and a fridge. 5. Do make use of the food order facility of the hotel, the food is yummy and so so reasonably priced. I highly recommend schezwan fried rice, dum aloo, butter roti, watermelon juice, sweet lassi. Almost everything xD
