We went in May 2024. An off-season. Jafar, Noojahan, and their kids made our stay memorable. Noojahan and Jaffar would go the extra mile to help us. Whether it was about restaurants, water activities, or local travel, they were always there to give us tips and suggestions. The ever-smiling, Noojahan got us made some very delicious local Kerala food. The chef is quite good. Our room was spacious and very clean. Nestled very near to the Vijaynagar beach, Havelock farms is definitely a place to stay. We had a wonderful time with their kids as well and not to forget the two cats - Taro and Luka. Their huge dining area is a place to be. When it would pour and pour, we would simply sit there and spend our time playing with the kids and the two cats. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The resort has farm theme which is beautiful and also cools down the temperature. Every cottage is one room with belcony, attached bathroom. All required amenities are there. Overall a good stay if you like calm, homely environment. Also the owner and staffs were amazing and helpful, attended any request I made. They helped to arrange scooter, other activities I did with discounted price comparing to market price there. I liked the overall stay and revisit again if going there anytime.

Nothing to dislike

A wonderful, friendly, small, family run hotel just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The team are all extremely happy and helpful, and keep the rooms and gardens clean and well maintained. Pick up from the ferry in the morning made for a stress free start to our stay. The food was delicious, we particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared fish and lobster, infact all the food is prepared fresh by the chef in a very clean kitchen. The room is large and air conditioned with a kettle, desk, seating areas both inside and out, TV and a very comfortable bed, with clean white bed linen. We booked for 3 nights and have extended our stay as it is such a lovely place. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning.

The waiting time for food can be excessively long, once we waited 1 hour and half for our dinner. The lighting of the rooms could be improved by introducing warmer and dimmer lights.

The service was great, especially the owners who took care of booking our ferry back to Port Blair, helped us get a motorbike, and organised our kayak trip. They made our trip in Havelock more comfortable :)

My only regret is that I can’t give them an 11 instead of a 10. We’ve been in India for four months and this was the best place we stayed. Adam, his family, and the staff expectations in every area. The rooms are comfortable, the location is very good (we ate there every meal during our one week stay), but it’s the people who make the difference. The kindest, most considerate people we met in India. A must stay, if you are on Havelock Island

Nothing really! Certain items in the menu seemed a tad costly!

A cosy resort just off Vijaynagar beach with a lot of greenery and ample privacy- this is an excellent place to stay in Havelock- the owner Jaffer, manager Aswathy and all the staff saw to all our needs with a smile, giving the place a homely touch. Food is cooked absolutely fresh- special mention for the prawn curry which was absolutely delicious. Rooms have a rustic touch, and are clean. Scuba diving was arranged by Mr Jaffer at a safe and certified place. Taxis were also arranged promptly, making the whole experience smooth and hasslefree.

Breakfast is a limited range but I was offered more but who wants 8 slices of toast? A small increase in the breakfast options would be great. Omelette is only 2 eggs (16 rupees) but would be good.

Can only take cold shower with poor pressure. Hot water pressure too low for shower but could be used to fill bucket. Very limited breakfast included in price - should offer more even if that means a small increase in price of room. Eg fruit, juice or second dish

It is located a little far away from Radhanagar beach and most of the restaurants on Havelock, but about 15 minutes' walk away from Vijaynagar.

We had a very comfortable, air-conditioned room located within a working farm - it was lovely.

Excellent budget resort with amazing hospitality from the owner Jafar. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast quality was excellent. Everything was freshly prepared on the spot.

We stayed 4 nights here and highly recommend it. Staff are attentive and friendly, the rooms were basic but clean and very quiet, the onsite restaurant serves delicious food and the communication from the owner was great.

A friendly hello from Andreas, I miss you a little. Many thanks to the lovely employees - thank you for letting me take a look behind the "kitchen" scenes. I learned a lot! The restaurant service was a bit slow at times. Power and WiFi fluctuated but considering we are on a tropical island.....

Very comfy bed and pillows. The receptionist, Aswathy, was very smiley and helpful. Lovely green flora and small pond. A short walk to a sunrise beach. Relatively quiet location. The owner helped book ferry tickets and a scooter for us and arranged free transfers to and from the port. Massages available on site.

Havelock Farm is the best place I have ever been in India and this is my third time in India, the owner and the staff are really special they just make you feel like at home always trying the best for you to feel comfortable, very genuine people. The food is amazing,the one dish I really like was the veg sizzler .The place is located few minute walking distance to the beach. I can not recommend it enough.I will definitely comeback!

Hot water was in one of the taps only, and it did not come from the shower (I switched on for hot water though). but it did not bother me that much.

I booked here only a day before check-in, after I already arrived in Havelock. The best choice I made and thanks for the last room to remain! Had a great stay, all the staffs here are hospitable, and their genuine smiles tell how much they like this place (as I stay in vairous hotels from dormitory, bangalow, every star hotels including resorts, you sometimes receive "commercial" smiles which makes you feel a bit uncomfortable). Beautiful gardens! and I found a friendly cat as well!! Thank you all for arranging a last-minute scooter and early breakfast preparation. I will soon come back and stay longer next time!

The organization in the restaurant could be improved. For example, we ordered fish with rice and paratha, we received only fish and nothing else, so after 10 min we started eating the fish and when we ate half of the fish, we only received the rest. I would expect to get everything together or at least be informed about delay.

Friendly hosts, especially the girl at the reception. Big and comfortable room surrounded by plants. Appreciated the quiet surrounding and mango juices, food was good as well.
