The host provided us with availability for more rooms as our family also arrived the day after our arrival. Seven rooms were allotted. The houseboat was huge and well-crafted. The food was so tasty that it exceeded our expectations. The host's father, Shakeel Ahmed, is a very humble guy who talked with us as if we were family members. We really appreciate the efforts and hospitality.

The houseboat host is too good helped us alot with airport tickets and even transportation, cheaper than online he provided us. The houseboat rooms are good and decent in Maintenance. Highly recommend

Highly recommended All in all worth the money, away from the crowd. The house boat is excellent in terms of location, Rooms and Services. Evening high tea is the highlight of the venue with local singers performing For dinner we opted for Kashmir thalli and it was a over dose of local food

My first houseboat experience was made memorable by the hospitality of the owner. He and his family were very kind, helped with all details, gave great homemade food. The houseboat itself was very comfortable with clean bathrooms with hot water. We felt at home! Thank you

Houseboat seems to be perfect from inside and mesmerizing view from outside.. The staff, the food quality, the ambiance inside is up to the mark Shikara ride, we enjoyed alot and Mr adil the host helped us to structure our overall tour Highly recommended for someone who needs elegant interior, lovely staff and decent food..

The houseboat from inside had the heritage feel and the woody smell makes everything more vintage, the view from outside is breathtaking and the shikara ride was included in the room I have booked that was so awesome to have. Really recommend at least stay for 1 night and with family it's best place as the hospitality is top notch. .

We had a awesome stay at their houseboat, we enjoy talking with the locals and taking about their cultural values, the host seem to be very humble and helpful. At the property his father served us like family members, the hospitality is top notch and always treat you with the smile on there faces Houseboat interior was decent and view from the deck was mind blowing I highly recommend at least 1 Night stay at their houseboat to experience the difference between hotel and houseboat stay..

The houseboat host seems to be very helpful and the houseboat served to us was pretty elegant and well furnitured from inside, the dal lake view from the deck was awesome and the shikara ride we had was included in our booking which was so generous to have. Overall pretty nice houseboat and the host guidance helped us alot to structure our trip pf kashmir.

During my recent visit to Srinagar, Kashmir, I had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite "Houseboat." From the moment I stepped aboard, I was captivated by the boat's charm, elegance, and the warm hospitality extended by the staff. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking views of the Dal Lake from the houseboat's deck. Waking up to the serene waters of the lake, with the majestic Himalayas in the background, was truly a sight to behold. The tranquility and peace that enveloped the surroundings were unparalleled, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. The staff at Houseboat were incredibly attentive and hospitable, always going above and beyond to ensure that guests had a memorable stay. From arranging guided tours around Srinagar to organizing traditional Kashmiri meals, they were always on hand to cater to our every need, making us feel pampered and well taken care of. Overall, my experience at Houseboat was nothing short of exceptional.

me and my family stayed here in this beautiful houseboat , i must say the hospitality and service deserves 5 stars rating , the rooms are very clean , toilets are very neat plus toiletries are included ,the food was great (homely food), mr.adil was the caretaker he was very helpful ,we needed early checkout out in the morning for our flight he helped us to get shikara .(you have to come through shikara to the hotel and back ) must stay and New experience

The houseboat is elegant and has most comfy rooms I guess, clean water from the taps and hot water was also provide on my demand, living room was something that was different and sitting room had good comfy sofas as well

The houseboat owner seems to be helping alot to give proper joyful experience and houseboat stood up to mark, he arranged customized cake for us on our demand and decorated room also... Night time the atmosphere in kashmir is not comparable to in other's, the silence and breeze hit the perfect spot..

Nice property with mesmerizing view of lake and it was located in the middle of the lake away from the noises of vehicles. Bed was warm and comfortable, we also enjoyed their simple homemade food .Very warm welcome/greeted by the staff. The room and bathroom facilities are very comfortable. Great place to stay over in srinagar

They are group of houseboats and they provide every kind of room as per your preference, they allot luxurious rooms also we personally were satisfied with our houseboat, all basic amenities and joyful staff The host provided all necessary guidance and also helped us with transportation facilities... Overall really worth every penny most humble guy's at the boat and host is so much cooperative

The host is very supportive and humble, really he made our destinations of trip in a proper manner and we ended up having wholesome experience of everything. The cab was provided in most genuine price as we checked also and the staff at the houseboat, oh my gosh really stood upto mark Staying at this houseboat made me more loved towards kashmiri people's... The houseboat seems to be well crafted and huge in size, I believe biggest amoung dal lake, freshly cooked meal was served, host had our words and made food as upto our preference less spicy 😅, overall highly recommended

I would recommend everyone to atleast stay for a 02 night in houseboatThis was one of the best experience of my life to stay in a houseboat. These houseboats are designed in such a way that feel like you are staying in a royal palace Food and refreshments are served inside the houseboats. People can enjoy their meals along with the view of dal lake and shikaras.

The property a delight, it was clean and tidy on arrival and after such a long journey. Being in the centre of the Dal Lake all eating and drinking was within walking distance, which was superb after a day in the lake. Thank you for all the information making the whole process of booking and staying there so easy, it was a lovely place to stay.
