This is very poor old and the location is terrible. Not going vehicle at door steps. Google also confusing to show the routes. Dirty place really waste of the time and money. Bathroom doors hinges giving noise at night like horror movie doors and towels are torned.. Dirty place. Vehicles horn noise through out night. Overall not for worth 1k per night. Breakfast is extremely not eatable like kanda poha oh my God only poha like rice...

There nothing to like in the hotel. We had very bad experience

I didn’t like the hotel location which is in a narrow lane. The room provided was very cunjusted of size 8.5’x8.5’. No cupboard. TV was defective and every now and then we had call the receptionist for setting it right. The room was dusty. Room service was very poor. AC was also defective and every now and then we had to call the mechanic. Toilet seat was very dirty. Over all we feel cheated by the hotel . The lift was not coming down to zero level and for that we have to call the reception in

Room was awesome. With rooftop Restaurant. Food was very nice with buffet breakfast, everything was great. I recommend to everyone, if you are in Varanasi please stay at Hotel Heritage inn

Overall staff service was pathetic. We had an issue with the AC in both the rooms booked. They gave us an alternative room and while we were resting, they asked us to return back to our room even without bothering that the elder people and kid was resting. Room cleaning wasn't done at all. We had to regularly call and ask them to clean. Overall experience was not satisfactory.

In hospitality industry, it is the staff who creates the difference. So, if staffs’ behaviour & attitude is not good, there is nothing to like about the property. Our main interaction was with Mr. Asim and (probably) the owner; and both of them lacked basic courtesies. Overall, there was nothing to like. To make the matter worse, they made mockery (in a way) of Booking.com terms at least in terms of age of child for my other family booking.

Room was very small and claustrophobic, bedsheets were dirty and we had to call the reception twice to change the same. The curtains were not moveable thus room was looking even more darker and smaller, room spray was very strong so we asked for another room spray which they had, but even after calling them 3 times we did not get it. We also saw some insects roaming around, toilet was smelly and we had to ask for toilet roll, it was not provided at the time of check-in. We have seen far far better options in banaras for the same amount. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location which is nearby most of the Ghats.

The restaurant was great and the breakfast every morning was delicious. The room was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable. We appreciated the tour that was offered through the hotel. Tour guides were great and everything was taken care of for us. Thank you for such a great stay!

The hotel is in a bylane where vehicles cannot reach. The front desk guy (Ashim) is probably the worst front desk person I have ever met. First they disputed the total number of guests. When we offered them to visit the rooms and count the guests, he said that your guests could be roaming outside. Never have I ever had any hotel staff come up with such an explanation. During checkout, we moved all our luggage to one room and asked to keep the room for half day and paid as per his tariff. When we were leaving at around 6 PM, he said that the charges were till 5 and that it was 6 PM... All this while we were sitting in their restaurant spending money there. Overall, AVOID THE HOTEL. We shifted to another hotel. Also there we red ants on the bed and the AC was not working.

The room service boys were helpful in moving our luggage. We had a big group and lot of luggage which they moved. However, it was more in their interest as the lift comes to the first floor. Also the boys got decent tip. They also upgraded our rooms as their room was under maintenance.
