Food menu was monotonous. Traditional food options were less. Items during evening hi tea was tasteless.

Location and overall maintenance was good. Staffs were well mannered and co operative. Evening activity especially singers were great. Photo snap taken after reaching and given after developing is loving memory.

Early morning visit to the Bird sanctuary should be arranged.

Prime reason I chose the resort was its proximity to Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary, but was disappointed to find staff not aware of the Bird sanctuary

Our food order got messed up a couple of times, but nothing too serious. All in all brilliant.

Place was very nice. Well kept and well maintained. Lot of activities for kids and adults alike. The stargazing activity on our first day there was amazing. Had a good view of Saturn and Jupiter even in dense Delhi smog. Facilities are brilliant for taking pets. We took our pet Labrador, there was a lot of space to play and run around. They also have a pet menu which was awesome.

There is nothing must to complain about - the rooms were spacious - neat and clean - well designed and we really liked the colour scheme - we had a room with pink couch and matching curtains - very well designed. Only if the check in time is 12 noon and check out time 12 noon the following day - instead of 2 pm check in and 11 am check out :(

The breakfast was usual with similar variety that one would get at any hotel, it would be wonderful to surprise guests with signature dishes - which could be unique to your hotel. The latest trend is to have your chef travel to different parts of India and collect local dishes with their unique ingredients and taste.

Although the property is not very old, the upkeep of the general area needs to be improved. By and large the cleanliness is satisfactory but there are corners which are dirty and unkempt.

The Resort has the ethnic touch with with sprawling lawns and lots of open area. The rooms are comfortable and food is good.

The breakfast could have been more lavish other than that everything was great.

The place had many activities in place for young and adults. The rooms were decent though quite strange a premier room was without a balcony. The kids area was nice and suited for kids were my child enjoyed a lot. There were many activities planned in the evening to entertain all.

Pretty Standard Menu , Better Breakfast Options can be appreciated for a 5 Star you expect Exceptional Menus it was missing .Looked a Standard Business Hotel than a Heritage Spa Resort . e.g. Lassi in Kulhad / Chai in Kulhad than Glasses can be Fascinating than a Standard Mug ( optional )

Breakfast was Nice but pretty Standard options , can be better compared to the Rate of the Property. e.g. Dosa was good but Vada and Idli werent . Can increase options for Breakfast ! Staff was courteous.

For the rates they are charging, the rooms are quite small, and one expects larger inner spaces if checking into a resort. If you have a child or third member, the suite starts looking small very soon.

Heritage Manesar is an excellent getaway, especially for NCR residents who want a break from daily hum-drum. The property is huge, beautifully maintained, has sprawling gardens, kitchen gardens, and many activities for a wholesome experience. The only drawback is the size of the rooms/ suites. For the rates they are charging, the rooms are quite small, and one expects larger inner spaces if checking into a resort. The staff is well, trained, courteous to a fault and extremely supportive. The best part is that they are pet friendly, and our two boys (Beagle males) had the time of their life. Heritage provides pet walkers, food, beds and everything that you can think of for pet comfort.

Two things that can be improved 1. Wi-Fi the speed of Wi-Fi and recurrent connections are limited so that should be improved. 2. buffet options - mainly the options were limited in terms of cuisine we saw either Indian or Chinese cuisines during our stay even in breakfast “bacon” could have been provided but there was none. apart from this no other suggestions

on the onset the staff of the hotel and the courtesy extended is by far exceptional… everyone from the dining to the room service is courteous and polite brilliant hosts they are the property is exceptionally clean, this was my second stay here and definitely not the last one I shall visit again…

the place is a lil run down and needs to upgrade their pool, cutlery and basic stuff like that

I'm glad we chose this property for our staycation. Perfect place for rewinding, full of greenery. We visited in July & I feel winter time would be even better to visit. Food was great, and spa experience was also superb!
