The problem we face is door locking system which remain out of order during our stay. When we return to our rooms every time we have to call staff to unlock the door personally and some time staff took 20 to 30 minutes to come for unlock doors.

The rain shower did not work properly but it was only a minor inconvenience. The room size and facilities are great.

I like that the property has a lot of gardens and is built in heritage fashion. I also liked the activities held in the evening, live music and bingo.

when booking I was given the option of a smoking room. On reaching the hotel I was made aware that there are no smoking room at all in the hotel. Either this was A Booking.com issue or the hotel's, it didn't help that I had to smoke outside my room

The staff is exemplary, and do everything possible to fulfill your requests. The spa has great treatments. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the whole property is beautifully designed with stylish architecture and extensive outdoor grounds to enjoy time outdoors. There are live performances, sports and play activities for adults and children, and the food in the restaurants is of world class standard. The Japanese restaurant is particularly outstanding. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we had a wonderful stay!

The cleanliness was spot on. Also, I went with my parents and we had a lot of activities to engage in. Like live demo cocktail classes, star gazing was truly wonderful, and we really enjoyed tambola sessions. Oh not to forget the live singing!

One of our rooms had a choked bathroom drain. Also, the rooms could be a bit bigger.

We stayed for a night to celebrate my dad's birthday and the stay was amazing, to say the least. It is a 5 star property built on a huge land. The architecture is like a Rajasthani palace. The resort staff is very courteous and keeps the property super clean. They have something for every age group, ranging from live music/dance to tambola to play areas (cricket,putting golf, paintball, etc). Spa: value for money. Food: meets expectations I would definitely visit again!

Me and my wife both had food poisoning after eating and couldn’t really enjoy our stay , they really need to make sure they serve fresh and clean food as many mosquitos and other insects sit on food and this must be taken care of

It is not value for money. The amount of money you pay for a single day would make you use all facilities, making you feel you are ticking off tasks. I think it is best suited for Marriage and film shoots.

It's a place where you can go for a staycation where you will be pampered. It's a lovely big property, has a good location, is family-friendly and is a place you can relax over the weekend. Have activities for you and the kids to do.
