No lift, poor breakfast, no kettle, dead land phone, no room service on a daily basis, no dustbin in one of the bathrooms. Everyday leftover food was seen on stairs and the room service didn’t clean it until night.

The property is spread in acres that the rooms were quite big. The building is a bit old & no lifts but it’s well maintained. The nearby premises are all kept clean & green. Got access to two pools, gym, recreation room, calm atmosphere even when the property resides next to Candolim beach. Also, got free entry to Tito’s pub as the resort is their sister property.

The rooms were not upto the mark. Old tv,cuboards didn't have locks, phone was not working and bathroom was okiesh...Staff was not welcoming and engaging.

You and Lillywoods are cheaters even when I wanted to reach you not responded and you don’t have proper call enter to contact you.. The rooms were not very clean, accomodation was very poor, insects were flying arround , even after room cleaning it was very untidy to live in. also even for water bottels and refreshments we had to make calls every now and then.

only good thing about the resort was its centralized location. Some of the staff members were really helpful.

The worst hospitality I have ever seen. We stayed almost 5 days. We didn't get water even one day also. For one hour early check in they charged Rs 1000/- extra. No wifi in rooms. No intercom. No response in reception. The worst experience ever. Food also worst.

It was really memorable trip for me in goa.I had really pleasant stay in Lillywoods Highland Beach Resort. It's really great. Good surroundings with well trained staff. Food is really tasty and yummy. I had really good stay in Lillywoods. They have maintain cleanliness in the property. The swimming pool was really clean and big. I had such a great experience, they really have a great property which is very well managed. It was only 2 minute walk to candolim Beach which was great. The food was great and also affordable. They had many swimming pools inside the property as well. You could see tourist from each and every part of the world.

I had a great time at the Lillywoods Highland. The staff were super professional and gave such a warm and family feeling. They know the answers to all our questions and have a big part I had an excellent vacation. The rooms are really good and you can really feel that the management value the visitors. I'll definitely come back for a visit in the future.
