Room was upgraded with additional cost considering the requirement of our family but still lacked the basics I.e; Room No. 1118 The toiletries was NOT present, despite repeated request placed for hand towels NO one paid attention , couldn’t experience the customer service gesture from any of staff member / manager .

Great breakfast. Good variety of food. The location is good. Bang on the highway. Nice clean spacious nice fragrant rooms. Wonderful smiling staff and food was also very tasty.

It was a bit uncomfortable. - Pool closes at 8 pm, but the pool team asked me to leave the pool at about 7:45 pm. It didn't bother me, but they could have let me stay there for a while.
- Rooms and washrooms met our current standards. - Dinner buffet was great, and quite a few good options were there. - We all liked the location; there were many restaurants and malls close to the hotel. - The pool is on the top floor and it gotta fantastic view. - WiFi was okay

India15 reviews3 helpful votes“Super stay, great staff, with a little fine tuning and attention to detail could become the best”I never saw the restaurant / floor manager around and there did seem to be a lot of staff who were unorganised and could have had something better to do than mill around in the open kitchen area and speak in loud volumes. At the end of the day it is a restaurant. Looks like the restaurant was on auto service
The breakfast spread is very good, very efficient service and with a smile. Impressive. Young people, highly energetic and good vibes. Also I met one of the concierge staff, Mukesh, who really inspired me. It was amazing how this young man with a earing in his ear, made his presence felt larger than life. Wonderful that u hire people like him and amazing how they respond to responsibilities. Kudos.......keep up the good work.
