I didn’t like the dinner buffet spread. Fairly limited options. The pool area service needs to be improved Towels were in short supply throughout our stay and would be provided after multiple requests They need to have some entertainment facilities for the kids

The location was good and close to the beach. The reception staff was friendly and warm. The housekeeping staff were very prompt in their services. Rooms were clean and well done up

Upon arrival I could feel the room was not ventilated and I needed to open the terrace door so that some fresh air can get it. Yet, the terrace door at my room did not have a net against mosquitos and as a result I couldn't sleep well since I needed to stay awake to protect myself against the mosquitos. This was the only unpleasant part regarding the room experience. I also had a massage which was great! I was a little bit surprised to understand that the price mentioned in the leaflet was without taxes so upon payment I needed to pay almost 1000 rupees more for taxes. It would have been nice to have that mentioned/communicated that better.

There seemed to be a shortage of towels... half the days of our stay we were given only bath towels, while the face towels, hand towels and bathroom mat were missing.

Most things were good, no complaints. Great variety of food for breakfast and dinner and long opening hours for the restaurant. Nice environment, large, clean and new rooms.

1st floor sunrise view room without a view (1st night)... Too firm matress, only 1 towel each, no flanel, no bathrobes, no hairdryer, average breakfast... Definitely not a 5 star hotel, a 4, perhaps. In a 5 Star, all the above is granted. We're well travelled and always book 5 star hotels as a treat. This wasn't a treat. The 2 bad pictures of the outside our balcony view on 1st night (Hotel was full). The following 3 nights were as per their website pictures.

The STAFF! Their empathy and desire to make things right was excellent. Without that, we would have been very unimpressed, but, they really were trying hard to make things better for us. The location was conveniently close to the beach and quite a few lovely places to eat and drink! Once we got the room we had seen pictures of, it all became much better a proposition but that's only because a room became available, luckily. Again, a Great Big THANK YOU to the Staff!!

arriving early from the airport and not having a room to rest in or freshen up despite a long journey. Also, the pool area was not utilised enough, they should have events there at evenings or in the bar area as the entertainment was not present.

General areas were NOT Clean. Swimming Pool was dirty. Toilets by the Pool were NOT Clean. Tiles had come off in the swimming pool. Needs to be maintained. We were on half board. Regretfully food is not tasty. Too spicy and too much salt is used in the food. Quality of meat is poor. The only decent meal we had was the BBQ. Don’t recommend going half board. Towels are old and stained. Bed sheets had holes in them. We paid 5 Star price to stay in this Hotel but it really is more like 4 Star!! I wish I had taken photos. House keeping took photos of the bed sheets

We booked for three people and the room provided was too small. We arrived quite early in the morning and the room was not set up for three people, so it took about an additional 30 mins, at 2:30am in the morning. The mattress provided was hard and uncomfortable. If you say you can provide a room for three people, and expect to pay for the third person, the bedding needs to improve. Service could be improved, as a few times we asked for things and it too quite a bit of time for them to be delivered.

Hotel location is towards end of candolim beach, less crowded and clean beach. Beach is at walkable distance plus hotel has buggy service to the beach. Hotel is relatively new, kept clean, staff are very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was advertised from 6.30am. We went at this time one day as we had a flight to catch. However, it wasn't ready. As we were leaving around 7am, most of the breakfast still wasn't ready. They shouldn't advertise for a certain time if they can't stick to it - we'd have made alternative arrangements, had we known. Local beach didn't have much going on - very basic, quiet. Service in outside areas was a little slow.

Friendly staff and lovely clean rooms. Great view from the balcony. We loved the little cake they brought us for our honeymoon. Spa was nice, and basic gym was good. Fantastic breakfast options and spread.

There was a large group of students 75? They occupied the whole swimming pool for hours and after the water was very unhygienic and dirty for hours. There should be a limit on number of people in the pool.
