Lobby could be better as it was difficult to wait for our room in hot weather.Supportive staff was less in number.Resturant was not upto the mark specially in day time.Took too long to serve specially in breads only tawa roti was available which was not edible at all.

The pool and gym are for the club members not only for the guests. We can't use it wherever we want. There is no sea view room. A bit of sea is seen from the corner of the window. The beach is not near it's 1 km.

The pool was in use for lessons when we were there so not very useful. The nearby beach was very dirty.

Only 30mins taxi from Mumbai airport. A couple of good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Room was fine. Person on reception was very helpful and even went out to get us some drinks when we arrived.

Alongside our stay, it was happening some birthday parties and marriages at the hotel facilities, something that we didn't realize when booked the hotel. It affected the sleep because of the noise.

Exceptional experience! The room and the service exceeded our expectations, the staff supported us in everything since we arrived in Mumbai. The breakfast is so delicious, we loved eating our first Indian food there

1.This is not a Hotel its like a Hostel for Adults.Its super noisy,doors banging all night long,people screaming in the corridors.You should be mentally prepared to sleep by around 4am once everybody has slept.

The infrastructure is a bit dated and the lift needs cleaning to help with first impressions. This isn’t the same as a traditional hotel. It is more like a gym club and the swimming pool is used by local schools and gym users. This isn’t a problem, but a different experience to sunbathing around the pool.

The staff were very helpful and the bedrooms were clean and spacious. The location is north of the city which was ok if you only want to go downtown once or twice. The breakfast was simple but good. There are a few good places to eat close by. We ate at the Banana Leaf which was excellent and also the Holiday Cafe which is licensed and also very good. We enjoyed a walk around to Versova beach the first evening, which is about 15-20 minutes from the club.

Not much option on the breakfast. Hotel is not tied up with the restaurant so both are separate entity. So either you have to do breakfast what is available in the restaurant which is actually very limited or go outside each day and try various options each day.

Some things need to become better like the building and stairs need to be renovated. Also the place could be a little clean (not rooms). And lastly the bed sheet was not very comfortable and needs to get changed right away. This is why I have give it an 8/10.

Large room and clean. Lots of facilities like swimming pool, pool table and tons of space. House serving good. Lovely location with cool breeze. Staff was very nice and always there to help. Place was at a very good price and would recommend.

The entrance gate and walkway did not look 4 star, even the some of the sign letting lights were down. The building from the outside doesn’t give it a 4 star feel. The reception is little and the lift from the outside glass was very dirty. Because it’s a sports club it has the facilities of pool and gym which is 4 star facilities, but the pool canopy had too many pigeons and they were pooing and bathing in the pool. It looks like you’re in a standard 3 star apartment. The breakfast was very disappointing, restricted and limited. You cannot rate yourself 4 star when all criteria is not met. The owners haven’t given it much thought to achieve the expectations from a guest point of view for 4 star. It’s a mixture of a running sports club and apartments.

The room was clean and modern to achieve the 4 star but still needs some work. Had a large swimming pool and the gym has good equipment and clean. The staff were helpful.

The pool and gym are busy with the members of the club who have enrolled. Most of them are coming from outside they are not the guest who stays in the hotel. Meaning the gym and pool are not exclusively for the hotel guests. I felt weird as it was my first experience. I stayed in many 3* or 4* hotels in different countries but never faced this issue. And the beach Versova is not 350 m. It's 1.3km in a taxi. And there is no proper sea view room. You can see the sea very little from the executive room No one will call this a sea view.

It is a pity that we had to ask for things like electric kettle, soap, hand towels, bath mat, etc. which ought to be there in the first place. electric sockets are limited and work spasmodically or not at all. a good breakfast should be offered routinely. Maybe we missed it somehow. it more convenient and welcoming to disembark closer to reception rather than drag their many suitcases one by one after a tiring flight or journey. A more senior colleague with full knowledge of the facilities and knowledge of the local area shopping and travelling tips would be a godsend! Nobody told us about auto rates were fixed by meter! Or about the Versova beach!

This is not a hotel but a neighbourhood club. Once you know this, it's fine. There are set hours for the gym and the pool. The restaurant was great. The room is serviced only on request. Everyone was very friendly. We found two good restaurants on the nearby main road, 3 mins walk. And used the bus/ train/ bus to travel to Colaba.....easy!! We had a large room on the 4th floor....loads of space and great bathroom!

I chose the hotel primarily for the pool. I was only there for two nights. The first day, the pool was closed for Divali. The second day when I went for a swim I discovered that it doesn't open until 3:00.

My Booking.com cab driver wasn't there at 4:00 am and didn't answer his phone. I needed to get to the airport. The young man on the night desk was fantastic. He called another cab that was there in 8 minutes and he waited on the street with me until he got there. Outstanding!
