The Aircon was somewhat damp smelling, and the rooms and corridors are looking worn. The management should agree some refurbishment soon

Located in the Industrial Area, it isn't the most interesting area to be in, but my 7th floor room was pleasant, and well-designed with a comfortable bed, nice linen and pillows. I had a good night's sleep. Bathroom is small but quite adequate, and shower was good. No wasteful toiletries either Welcoming staff, particularly in the coffee shop - very helpful - was a bonus. The breakfast was surprisingly good. All in all a good stay.

There was centralized ac but for aur circulation in room, no fan provided. Also quilt in summer season provided for night causing restless night as outside temp is chilled and inside quilt caused heat. Provide addition cotton sheet in summer

Staff is not supportive, Nobody was there to receive us for take our luggage.We ordered water bottle but no body come to room to give .We stayed for 2 days but on 2nd day no body refill the complimentary bottles.Room size and accommodation is comparatively small thn the price.overall not like to stay there.😌🙂‍↕️

Being a guest from US, to be honest, this hotel impressed us by their staff, room cleanliness and amenities provided.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Room service was fast, All requests were fulfilled quickly. Furthermore Shrikrishna, Prem Kumar and Subedar were so good to make the guest feel at home and welcomed.

my daughters age 10 & 11 got stuck for good 5-7 mins alone in the lift of this hotel it had no generator backup and although they didn’t charge us for dinner that we ate it won’t change the fact that the hotel doesn’t have basic security features such as generator backup

Convenient location right next to Elante Mall. Nice clean rooms with all modern amenities. Courteous and attentive staff. Strong wifi connection. Very good breakfast spread. This was my first stay at Hometel Chandigarh and we really liked the property. A true 5 star experience. Perfect value for money.

Since our room was near smoking room, sometimes noises and smell of smoke was bothering. No seating area near reception.

Very neat packing of breakfast. Supportive staff , they parcelled the left overs. Helpful reception staff. Security guards were of very good nature. They smiled every time we stepped in the hotel. Good housekeeping service.

Nothing really, I really enjoyed my stay.

It’s in a really nice location, very close to a mall and somehow still quiet enough to be peaceful. The room was decently sized and super comfortable. The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety. Food overall was really nice. The best thing about the hotel was the staff though. They were very very friendly and helpful and everything I asked for was given to me really fast. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chandigarh.
