Breakfast was a buffet one morning but not the other?

Really good stay, amazing location and value. Can't go wrong for the price we paid! Rooftop was great. Staff don't speak a lot of English but are helpful enough. Overall, this is a good place and the best value hotel I've ever stayed at. I recommend.

The rooms on the lower floors are dark and humid! No curtains on the door and the window that gives on the internal patio so lots of light in the night (it could be easily fixed with a simple curtain) : hopefully we had yoga mats that we could somehow frame in the door with the use of our luggages…

Location and rooftop view is amazing! Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was quite good

Very nice place, good position and staff, the room was clean and big, the bed confortable and the position was perfect, in the heart of old town but far from noise. Good choice of breakfast. Very special thanks to the hotel's manager who called and waited for us in the middle of the night, We were on late due to a bus stike and he was very kind to made us relaxed

The bathroom was a bit smelly -just a clean shower curtain would help but could really do with an upgrade.

We weren’t told we needed to ask for hot water, so just thought it wasn’t working - and so had cold showers, plumbing needed fixing as it dripped constantly. Could do with an extra pillow but one seems standard in many places.

Personal opinion but the bed was "too firm"/hard. The second bed on the room was too narrow and no blanket was provided (we simply skipped it and decided to not use it so we didn't ask). We only had hot water on the first day later on it was cold showers. room is a little outdated but comfortable.

Breakfast was great, having it at the rooftop with lake pichola views was amazing. The area was great for sightseeing and the room / toilet was very clean upon arrival. Room was spacious. In general it was a very comfortable stay and we really liked staying here.

Ac is not effective, food quality is not upto the mark & guest focus is very low , staff is seems tired and not interactive with guest.

Many of the staff didn't speak or understand English. The menu was limited. The workers in local shops harass you for business. The main street outside was noisy and dirty. No carpets on the floor and no heating so the room was cold.

The staff were nice. There is a lift. It was in a good location next to the lake with great views of the lake. There was a duvet for the bed which made it warm.

The hotel has no proper service The staff was not responding properly and the worst service ever seen in my life. What ever we need to order they are telling us we don't provide the service you need to go outside and buy the things

The only negative is not to pay with credit card and better more hot water for shower.

The staff proved to be very kind. They made us choose between three lake view rooms, we chose a spectacular one at the same price. Highly recommended for couples looking for romance but also for families. The location is the best of what you can have, in the center of the city and everything there is to see reachable on foot. The rooftop is directly on the lake with a beautiful view. In general, cleaning is good and the service efficient.

Not recommended.. We booked hotel room through online site.. And they showed some good pics for the room.. While we check in receptionist didn't given same room and he didn't care about costumers .. Evening other gentleman came.. We told the issues.. He told next day will try to change the room but nothing to happen.. Two days stay not satisfied & worst money.. Only the thing is location wise ok but nearby so many hotels are available in good facilities.
