We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwedenWe recommend that the hotel organize a travel department for its clients. We asked the reception to arrange a taxi in Varanasi but they offered us too high a price through a third party and we had stress to find a transfer as it is difficult to find a reliable car in this area.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel HyattPlace Bodh Gaya! A wonderful modern new hotel in a beautiful green corner of nature. A wonderful place for relaxation, reflection and meditation. The entire hotel staff tried very hard to provide us with the best comfort and service. The restaurant staff even brought us a piece of cake before the trip. Our Best recommendations!

IndiaWe asked for non spicy Thai green curry, but the curry was spicy watery with min coconut milk in it. Then they took it back as we couldn't eat it. We asked for Penne pasta with white sauce. They gave the pasta without any vegetables. It was a comedy of errors. Expensive rates for average food. Quantity is less. The health faucet is in the left side of commode instead of right side. Bathroom is poorely lit, especially near the mirror, thereby we can't see our face while shaving.
Breakfast was average with few choices of food. Location is bad as the hotel is situated in the middle of agricultural land
