4 wheeler taxi parking is not available, when the driver was waiting they forced him to leave, which caused me with family to walk for 200 meters.

They don't mention which rooms you are getting. It doesn't give a resort-like feeling. Washrooms are small no bathtub is provided. They don't mention these things in the listing. They have so many rooms which makes it cluttered.

There is nothing to not like about this property. Highly impressed. Just one thing. Food taste can be enhanced a bit and plus the portion size is bit small as compare to pricing structure of dishes.

I was surprised that there was no soft music at the pool side bar! It would have made sitting there more relaxing for sure. I did miss the Spa to go to after a long night of partying!

Great location, whatever facilities are there are great! Absolutely 5 star clean rooms and toilets. Fully equipped with gels, tea coffee! Bed and pillows were perfectly clean, cozy and comfortable. Food is good too. The Pool is clean (I did swim for my workout) and bar at poolside is nice pad to chill. Pravin at the bar is every smiling and happy to serve. He served us drinks post 10pm and also got us some munching food! Thankful to the reception lady for giving us pool facing rooms! Housekeeping is perfect!

Food. Awful breakfast. Just quality of cooking and ingredients wasn’t something I would expect from Hyatt Kind of expensive for the facilities - not enough sun beds.

Breakfast- needs more variety. It seemed a bit uninspiring.

The rooms seemed brand new, clean, good housekeeping. The staff was very courteous and helpful, accomadating of requests. The property is located in an area that is quiet and has some nice places to eat within walking distance.

This is a wonderful property and well located in Candolim. Breakfast, pool area and beautiful grounds make you feel that you are on holiday. Lovely pool area with live entertainment and loads to do. When my husband was ill, the hotel staff went out of their way to get us in touch with a doctor and quickly arranged for medication. Thank you! The in- room dining service needs improvement, we were advised on a price for the meal but later paid for some hidden charges. Also the hotel is new but the bathroom already looks slightly dated, not sure if this was just an issue with our room though. Overall a lovely holiday in Goa
