IndiaThe hotel is located at a convenient place at the centre of Candolim. The hotel staff were helpful and prompt to provide any service requested. Clean room and well maintained swimming pool. We were to leave before the check out time at 6 am and requested some breakfast items to be packed as we would not able to eat breakfast at the hotel on the last day as it started at 7 pm. They promptly accepted our request and handed the packed items right at 6 am when we are about to leave. Some five star properties don't accept the request and I have experienced this before. But they were kind enough to accept our request. Highly recommended as the facilities provided are conducive for either family or official trip. However, the breakfast menu could have been better with the addition of more options of non-veg items. There were only two items which were served every morning. Seems the menu is more focused on catering the taste and needs of the domestic tourist especially from south and neighboring states. The addition of Asian food items to the menu may surely add to the value and acceptability of the hotel to all the general mass. The hotel looks small from the front unlike the typical grand and big 5 star hotel and also the hotel lobby looks normal without any charm of typical 5 star property, but don't deceive by these two minor hiccups as they have a very big and spacious campus at the back side of the front building akin to usual 5 star property.

IndiaThey don't mention which rooms you are getting. It doesn't give a resort-like feeling. Washrooms are small no bathtub is provided. They don't mention these things in the listing. They have so many rooms which makes it cluttered.

IndiaI was surprised that there was no soft music at the pool side bar! It would have made sitting there more relaxing for sure. I did miss the Spa to go to after a long night of partying!
Great location, whatever facilities are there are great! Absolutely 5 star clean rooms and toilets. Fully equipped with gels, tea coffee! Bed and pillows were perfectly clean, cozy and comfortable. Food is good too. The Pool is clean (I did swim for my workout) and bar at poolside is nice pad to chill. Pravin at the bar is every smiling and happy to serve. He served us drinks post 10pm and also got us some munching food! Thankful to the reception lady for giving us pool facing rooms! Housekeeping is perfect!
