We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

IndiaThere is a very big problem with the property they give one room key card even if there is double occupancy. Key card does not even have access to gym floor, we faced a great deal of a problem with the key cards & it caused a lot of inconvenience. First time in my work life I saw a 5 star category hotel has such a weird rule with their key cards.
Staffs are very helpful. Everyone of them displays Hyatt standards & always ready to help. Arsh at Front Desk was really prompt & nice.

United KingdomRoom was old and not properly clean. Bathroom design was poor. Single old towel Aircon broke down and couldn't be fixed. We had to show to three different people that it was not working . At 6.30 am we were given a new room, but it was too late to sleep . Breakfast was ok but very disorganised. Definitely not. 5 star hotel and not worth the price

Accommodated my request for a late checkout so that I could complete my meetings without worrying about the check out time. Polite staff. Breakfast was amazing, specially the Ragi Dosa.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Hyatt Hotel Raipur. The quality of the rooms and facilities is not satisfactory, and the hotel does not feel like a 4-star hotel. The room was not very clean. There was dust on the furniture and floors, and the bathroom was not well-maintained. The mini bar was not provided, and the fridge was empty. There was no sofa in the room, although there was a small table and two chairs. The bathroom cutlery was of substandard quality. The shower head was weak, and the towels were thin and worn. The ambience and maintenance of the inside of the building were not up to the mark. The walls were dirty, and the carpets were stained. The breakfast buffet had very limited options. Overall, I would not recommend staying at the Hyatt Hotel Raipur. The hotel is not worth the price, and there are much better options available in Raipur. Suggestions for the hotel: Appoint trained and experienced staff. Improve the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. Provide mini bars in all rooms. Provide sofas in all rooms. Upgrade the bathroom cutlery. Improve the ambience and maintenance of the inside of the building. Expand the breakfast buffet to offer more options.
