The cleanliness. The bathroom was improperly cleaned, and it was difficult to even take a bath. Not the standards of Hyatt across the world. They should ensure the bathroom and overall facilities are up to par with the price they charge.

The food, the best thing I did was to add Dinner along with the breakfast into the mix. The buffet for Dinner and Breakfast was incredible. The cuisine and the service from the staff were impeccable.

The lounge could add better varieties of food and beverages IMHO.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Breakfast buffet was delicious as usual and Subhajyoti and other co-workers made sure we got everything we needed since we were there with kids. Our daughter enjoyed the doughnuts at the bakery as well.

wooden floors are cracked in some places,plus some furniturre got worn out and these require some repair and replacement .Furthermore,mosquito infestation specially in the lobby needed to be taken care of.

I was very upset with the night time music from wedding ceremonies but they found me a solution for that.

The staff were super nice. Mr Banerjee, the Concierge, Mr Raghav at the reception desk, the housekeeping manager and the head of the kitchen staff were really nice. There was music at night in the hotel from a wedding ceremony that disturbed my sleep. When I complained, they took action immediately and moved me to a quiet room. I was in Kolkata for work at the university, so I needed peace and quiet to read and also to rest. Mr Banerjee offered me free access to their exclusive club lounge every evening. That was very generous indeed. He also said I could use their conference room whenever I had to read and there was noise on the property. I was very happy with that. Mr Banerjee also offered me a free chauffeur-driven car to work because my work at the University was pro Bono. However, I didn't use his offer because the University gave me a chauffeur-driven car. Mr Raghav offered me their Spa to freshen up because I had a 12-hour wait between check out and departure. On my last day, the kitchen chef made special Bengali food for me. Delicious! The staff gave me a farewell cake at breakfast on my last day. The kitchen staff were very nice and respectful. I very much appreciated their generosity .

Some marriage ceremony going on in the hotel, so it took quite long time to check in. But they tried to compensate by discounting my lunch bill. Thanks to front desk stuffs.

Well there is always room for improvement hence this is just a constructive feedback. The hotel and service is excellent but rooms need a bit of work on it especially the wooden flooring and also the duvets that look worn out. These are minor issues and can be fixed to attain perfection.

The service is excellent! Right from the reception staff until the restaurant staff are very efficient , professional, and pleasant. Their attention to detail, warm hospitality, and dedication to guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart. The Waterside restaurant staff actually caught us by surprise with a heart touching " bon voyage" wish with cakes on our last day of stay with them. The staff made the experience special and unforgettable. Outstanding efforts and commitment to excellence!

Housekeeping service could be more attentive. We had to ask for toilet paper and hand towels.

Location, friendly staff, very good breakfast. At the waterslide cafe, the staff were very friendly and hospitable. Supriya and Anuroop are names I can remember. At the reception Soumya was outstanding.
