Had some issues on our arrival. But the Guest Relation Manager, Varsha came to inquire about the issues one day before our departure. Not her fault since she got the notice late.. Still a nice gesture from her side.. Offered dessert on our last dinner there.. Will definitely recommend the hotel and maybe stay there one day..

When nearby rooms are closed by the inmates, I could able to feel the shockwave or tremors in my room. This was so disturbing especially when you are asleep.

The cost of the Buffet should be kept around 900- 1100 + tax @1800 + tax it's not worth and most of the guests are asking for delivery from outside. Ordering al a cart was too expensive. A person ideally should be able to get a meal of around Rs 700 (individual guests should have a small meal option with a small qty of two dishes bread and a drink) and a Buffet as above. The room charges @ RS 10000/night are at least 30% higher for a business hotel at this location even for late booking.

Being a business type hotel and not having a working desk is a big drawback. It would be better to have a working desk and office chair rather than the existing couch.

Breakfast was great... Location is also descent and would become better once the metro connectivity starts.

Had to call maintenance staff several times during a 1 night stay. The TV wasn't working at first, and once the power issue was sorted, the controller kept restarting for some reason. The locker was out of battery and needed to be replaced. The key cards didn't work always, and I had to visit the reception twice. But in all instances, the staff were very friendly and fixed the issues immediately.

We wanted our rooms to be on the same floor but this wasn't the case.

The spice it restaurant was absolutely phenomenal in our whole stay! The variety of options available was great and the taste was so good too! The staff were very kind all the time!

Don’t drink the refilled water in the bottles if you are not used to water in India- I got a bad stomach that only cleared when I switched to bottled water. Breakfast is repetitive and don’t allow vegan options

The size of the room might make one feel a bit constricted if one has to stay a while, the room is rather small for the price. It's really the quality of the things around it that may justify.

Everything was quiet and clean. The room was clean with fresh sheets, towels and glasses. Quite a decent place to stay for a couple of days.

I had asked for early check in for my stay for next week and someone at the reception told me that it will be fine, if we have a room. But when I showed up at hotel, the manager has charged almost 1.5 times, my regular rates. I understand the rules but hotel management should make some considerations.
