Room service could be better. (Eg. For the second day stay, no one replaced brush / paste /shaving kit. Moreover, for two persons, there were just one brush and one paste provided for two days stay.

-The room is a bit small but still its very clean.

- The breakfast was great! The staffs were friendly and helpful especially the young chap at the fried egg counter. One of the service crew- Ankita was great too! She took the initiative to check on me.

No complaints at all. Only suggestion is to make available a list of the available TV channels in the rooms. Its difficult to keep scrolling to search for available channels .

The staff was excellent. The room is a but small for a couple but fine if travelling by oneself. The restaurant is spacious and well laid out. The breakfast is excellent not only in terms of variety but in taste too. A special mention has to be made of the library next to the bar. Its stocked with some exceptional books which covers almost every taste. The gym on the top floor is well equipped for a good work out. On the whole, an excellent experience.

Thank you Chef Vasu And Chef Archana for making delicious food for us. Buffet spread was too good.butter rotis were soft. Rooms are extremely clean with all the toiletries on place. Hotel lobby was good there is sitting area n garden n playarea for toddlers. Would love to visit again

1. The new towels are placed close to the commode. Maybe unclean if commode is flushed. 2. The ends of the mattress tend to fall off. Tend to slip of the bed when turning in sleep. 3. Garbage dumped close to the front wall of the property. Reduces the ambience of the hotel.

No staff except the guy on the Front Desk ( at the time of check out ) was masked . It made us uncomfortable . We know that the State Government of Maharashtra has removed the mask mandate but as Guests , we were expecting that the Hotel Staff should have been masked . Staff also needs some training …They wanted to enter the lift even before the guests had got out . Never saw this before

Not all foods are recommendable . The buffet could have different choices / options .

The service and hospitality was very good . The staff was extremely helpful-specially Pavneet, Prem, Bhavna and the restaurant staffs . The hotel was clean and well maintained.
